Let me begin by saying that this was probably my fourth trip to a Cinnabon ever. I was in Cumberland Mall on July 2nd because of an Apple Store appointment. To kill time, I decided to walk upstairs. The aroma from the Cinnabon seemed to fill the entire food court. Knowing that my husband loves them, I decided to stop by. Wrong move. After waiting and then approaching the Cashier (no name tag), I waited for the cue to provide my order. The cashier (black female with braids and nails about 5 inches long) just stared at me. I asked if she was ready to accept my order and her response was "Mm hm." Needless to say, I am now annoyed after not having been greeted or asked for my order - the way it usually works. My order was then taken. I will say she repeated the order back to me to ensure accuracy. I validated the order and waited for the signal to provide payment. Nothing happened. She stood there and looked at me - again. Again, I had to ask if she was waiting for me and she replied with "yeah." Trying to keep my composure, I advised that I had no way of knowing that she was ready for me to pay. She had not communicated my total. There was no direction given for payment. I was not asked if it was cash or card. There was NOTHING on the screen or keypad. "What in all of the heck????" She then proceeded to tell me the price of my order and that I can insert my card, assuming I wasn't paying with cash. It was only after taking my payment, I was advised there would be a ten minute wait. No problem, I said to myself. At least the food will be fresh and that would help to improve this debacle. Once the cinnabons came out, the comedy began. She tried to her best to use the tongs to pick up two cinnabon's I'd ordered. Because she didn't want to damage her nails (hence - no gloves) she barely squeezed the tongs to pick up the cinnabons. They broke when she lifted them and 1/3 of them were left in the pan. What is even more comical here is that when I asked her to simply top my buns with the pieces remaining in the pan - she got an attitude as if I was taking food from her. Ultimately the additional pieces were added to each box respectively. I have never experienced such ineptness, lack of profressionalism, lack of courtesy, and inadequacy from a place where customer service is paramount. While I am not aware of her name, I can only tell you she was a beautiful young woman but her demeanor painted a picture otherwise. I trust that if this review is ever read, management will take the time to implement some serious coaching and (re)training. I am but one individual but I will not be returning.Cinnabon BakeryCumberland Mall, Store #2897/2/23 4:07pmStation - POSTOrder #144348283

The food itself is good. The customer service is horrid though. The cashier hardly even acknowledged us. You could certainly tell he didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even bother turning in our direction when checking us out or even making eye contact.

Very rude Hispanic girl running the register. She literally threw my receipt away and when I told her I needed that she huffed and puffed and grabbed it out of the trash can and threw it on the counter at me. I snapped a picture of it before I threw it back away because hello, she threw it in the trash can, I wasn’t gonna keep it. If you look in the corner of the pic you can see the trash can she threw it in. Girl needs an attitude check. This happened 9/10/22 at 1:05. You can bet I’m gonna call corporate and have a talk with them.

I went there to buy a box of cinna rolls and they didn't have a box to sell me so they said they had to sell them individually I had no problem with that fine I'll buy them individually and then after that I got another 10 pack box of cinnamon sticks bill was about $42 and some change then she goes to tell me that I have to wait 7 minutes for cinnamon rolls that were already there cooked they had six of them but they wanted me to wait for more rolls to be cooked and then they still wouldn't put them in a box to sell them to me for the box price so that I said are you going to put them in a box she said no they were going to sell them for $4.99 a piece I go to pay for my bill with the $50 bill and she said they don't take anything over $20 will never go there again and I'm definitely calling corporate

There were little brown roaches crawling on the credit card insert the counter and by the forks. I mentioned it to the cashier she ignored me. I was so disgusted. I will not be eating anything out of that mall. Especially Cinnabon
