The Employees/Manager or maybe even its the franchise owner at the UP mall location in Mishawaka Indiana are very rude and disrespectful. The Manager is making this store look very bad. I guarantee this location will go out of business again just like before this time due to customer service issues

I just went to the Cinnabon in Braintree and purchased a Chillatta, my husband takes a sip, almost chokes because a tiny bolt was inside my drink. I am afraid to drink the rest of my drink. That honestly scared me. My husband could not believe what just happened.

Cinnabon is good. The only problem is I go to buy 9 pack of mini cinnabon. Only to be told that they don't have any made up. So if I want some mini. I have to spend more and buy 15 pack. That is a poor way to make money.
