The establishment is in a community where they are not even open past a certain hour. There is multiple college campuses close by and traffic throughout the night. They are not willing to attend to any issues throughout the night with customers that by gas or that may want products out of their store. It’s ridiculous that we allow people in our community that are either unwilling to build relationships within the community or don’t care to hear out the people in the community with their dissatisfaction. We don’t deserve to have this type of service in our communities and we deserve better.I personally stood at the door trying to ask why the doors were close and he had nothing to say. He ignored me at first looking up every couple of seconds. Then he tried to sign with an “X” that they were closed. And when I asked him what time they closed he said we close at 11….as if they are a regular establishment and then waved me off and walked away.My review is lengthy because we deserve better in our communities than this. The gentrification is not making comfortable communities for us.

Ok if it's your only option, there's been several mornings recently where the store has been closed for 3-4 hours due to "system update". Deliveries coming in but no customers and all the pumps covered. Surely there's a better way to do this, being a busy store you must lose a significant amount of money during these, "system updates".

Bad customer service need to be reported for bad business. management is real bad. Follow paying customers in the store.they don't worry about customer stealing,People outside the store begging. They will not let you buy lot to tickets at all.will not let cash in tickets, machine always down

Closed the doors when it’s pouring raining and then Laughed like it was funny when they saw me walking to the door. pumps say “see attendant” but y’all lock the doors. Then said it would only be 5 minutes but because I’m still waiting they’re stalling the opening of the store. It’s unprofessional and bad business
