Was in a week ago and the nail tech told me to get out the chair and someone else would do my nails because I said it was a little crooked like how are you mad because you placed my nail on wrong I didn’t get mad start yelling I politely pointed out the issue but I will not be spending my money here again.

I found the person that does a great job on my nails. Lisa, the older woman who is typically in the back doing pedicures. I’ll happily wait for her to service me. I’ve given other nail tech’s there a try, but I can always find shortcomings, which sometimes can be difficult to correct given the language barrier. “Ain’t nobody got time for that.” Therefore, Lisa is my go to. Can’t beat a $20 gel manicure, especially when its done right, and it last! She say “Wha colah you wun?” Sometimes I tell her “pick a colah.” If I tip her real good, she says “I love you!”
Requested style: I’m a simple girl. Gel manicure does it for me every time!

I always come to this nail shop.
Lisa did my nails. Very dissatisfied. I asked for skinny square and ended up with coffin shape. She cut me multiple places with the hand file. As I have flesh cuts look red.
I asked speak to mangers and showed John my cuts. He said to talk to Lisa.
Lisa said sorry. And they both dismiss me like was nothing.
My finger are burning.woth open cuts And I'm a dental Assistant.
So displeased with how this was handled .

Came here for a manicure and a pedicure, but left out with a half done manicure and I was so upset that I didn’t even want a pedicure. I show her info pic and she quoted me for $70 I said OK so she Continue And then she said she was done. I asked where were the rhinestones. She said no rhinestones. It looks like glitter. I show her the pic again And she said no rhinestone so I asked u can’t do the rhinestone She said I can, but it would Be $120 Which is fine by me the price was OK. So did she proceeded to put the rhinestones on but the rhinestones didn’t look like the picture she didn’t have the different kind of rhinestones. I think it was a problem that she tried to fix small nails on my cuticles when they didn’t fit. Bc the color was also off. SO NEVER AGAIN

I’ve been coming here for 10 yrs, Rose is the BEST thing walking in there on pedi’s…lucky did my nails for 8yrs but his wife Coco or sister LeeLee(misspell) are TOP TIER!!!!! But shout out to John and Lee for always holding it down…

About 2 & half weeks ago I went to get my feet done well I was the last client and they put a plastic bag over my toes with my shoes on. Because they were trying to get out to go home and then my toe nail polish was all mess up because it was not really dry and then the lady that did my feet was extremely rough and kind of rude and it was not until I mention I have an ingrown toe tail and to take it out. Well I thought she did but when I got home and really mess down on my toe it was still some what there. Then before I left they said to me to come the next day if my toe nail polish is mess up and assured me even the lady that did my feet that she would be there. I came back the next day and only 2 workers was there and I ask the man that seem like he was the manager if I could be taken care and he said that I need to come back because and he was not the manager and I tried to even call but they don't pick the phone before having to come in and he said that he is not the manager and started yelling and screaming and cursing at me. I am not the one for that mess. Then I came back about 2 & weeks later because my schedule is busy to address the matter and the same guy that was so rude to me state this time he was the manager and then did the same thing. They really sent me in. I will never come back to this dreadful place and the lack of respect is unreal and have reported them to better business as well. The only reason for the 1 star is because you have to put something in there for a review other than that it would have been 0 for sure. Please take your business some where else these people are the worst scums bags.
