Best car buying experience ever. The Salesman Garth Cooper greeted me at the door with biggest smile you could imagine. From the beginning we felt right at home. The Sales Manager Eric Taylor got involved early and made sure we got the best value for our trade and a great price on our brand new Escalade. Also, we had been searching for over a year, and their selection were by far better than any we could fine. Overall we give Classic Cadillac Al 10s!!!!?

This dealership changed my outlook on how car buying should be! Easy going and they allowed this to be MY process! Between Tim and Tom this was a great process! We haven’t finished the deal yet but I’m coming in the next two days to complete! Thank you Tim, Tom and Classic Cadillac!

Tex was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with during my car buying experience. I will be referring friends and family to Tex for their future vehicle purchase.

Our purchase was a non stressed fun experience. From being greeted with a warm smile from Jessica the search was over we found a very friendly & attentive team . Tom the store manager streamlined the entire process without back and fourth negotiations . Truly a pleasure to do business with , I would urge everyone in the market for a vehicle to stop by Classic Cadillac. And of course Tim was by far the most experienced and informative sales person we met, a great team.

Classic Cadillac of Atlanta had the best inventory and gave us the best deal for our trade in. Our Salesmen Simo Maaninou was the greatest showed us everything we asked to see and had an in depth knowledge of Cadillac. His helpfulness extended past the sale and answered all our questions about the vehicle and all of its features as we got use to our new purchase!

I wish we had read the reviews before taking our car here. We were BMW drivers and switched to Cadillac. The service we received at Classic Cadillac has made us rethink this choice. We bought a used 2017 Cadillac CT6 from a BMW dealership in June 2023. After a couple of weeks, the air conditioner stopped working. The BMW dealership only services BMW's so we took our car to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. We expected the same type of service at this dealership as what we have received at other dealerships. We are a family of car lovers, and all have worked or still work in the automotive industry with 3 members having worked in dealerships. In the 2 months we have had this vehicle, it has been at Classic Cadillac 4 times all for the air conditioner not working. We purchased an extended warranty but have still paid out of pocket over $1500. The first time they did an evac and recharge with dye to find the problem. Two weeks later, no air, took it back and they found a leak. It took over a week to get the part and have the car repaired. They did another evac and recharge that we were not charge for. Approximately two weeks later, no air. We took the car back and they did a pressure test and found an issue with another hose and replaced that. They did another evac and recharge that we had to pay for since they said it was a different issue. A week after that, no air. Called on Friday and was told to bring the car Monday morning. We were told they possibly couldn't get to it until Wednesday. The car has now been at the dealership for a week. and we have not heard from Brenda, the Service Advisor, despite the fact that we have called and left numerous messages for her. This has been an ongoing theme with extremely poor communication and service. Our son was a certified Lexus technician and a Service Advisor and is shocked by the amount of money we have had to pay (he called it price gouging) with an extended warranty and the poor quality of service we have received. He never treated his customers in this manner, and we have never been treated in this manner by a dealership - let alone a luxury brand. Not only are we extremely disappointed in the problems with the Cadillac air conditioner (this should not be happening with a 2017), but more importantly we are disappointed and upset with the lack of professionalism and communication from the service department. We have had our car at this dealership service department 4 times in the past 2 months with air conditioning issues. We are thankful that we were provided with a loaner the 3rd and 4th time after begging, but we explained that we will be going out of town tomorrow and needed our car fixed or to find out if we would be allowed to drive the loaner outside of GA. Brenda, the Service Advisors response to my husband was that he could either just come get his car (with no air conditioning), or he could rent a car to take out of town. The times we have been able to talk to Brenda are because we initiated the calls. Our past experience is the Service Advisors are a liaison between the customer and the technicians and were responsible for keeping the customer informed of the progress. As of right now, and 3 phone calls and message today alone, we are in the dark as to whether our car has even been looked at. According to the warranty company, if we find that the issue with the air conditioner is different than either of the 2 hoses that were already replaced, we have the option to take the car to another service center to be repaired under warranty. This is definitely what we will be doing, and we will never use Classic Cadillac service center again nor would we recommend having a car serviced there unless there is proven improvement in the service department. I left a message for Brian Long, the GM, on Wednesday. Although I do not have any expectation of hearing from the Service Advisor, we do hope that the General Manager will provide a solution so that we can move forward.

I dont no where to begin ... first I must say that I been going to this Caddilac for years ... like 8 or more .... since. chad was a front desk man he not even there no more and he was the manager ... let start the night mare .. bare with me this is long I bring my car there in feb my warranty is up in like April I think ... so I got a bumper to bumper warranty ... I bring it there I tell them fix every thing ... they barely fix anything ... I had a blown gasket at the top of my engine clearly oil visible dropping down to the bottom .. they tell me it's a pvc at the top of my engine ... they say my warranty won't pay for it cause they marked it up as a hose now I look this part up it a pipe ... that has a hose attach when you buy it it say pipe they wrote it up as a hose warranty didn't pay for it .. so I pay out of pocket ... granted my engine check light is on now so I bring it back they tell me I'm sorry it was the pvc hoses in turbo at the bottom we will fix it for a discounted price ... take it there pay the price again and drive away come back cause engine check light back on ... at this point there frustrated with me and I am too cause it's like can you fix my car or what .. they telling me the mechanic is the best in the ga he the only one that does jet engines like corvette etc ... ok so why my car mess up ... so at this point it's been over a month of back and fourth so I can't pass admissions they say we're gonna fix it right this time and for the inconvenience we're gonna do your admissions on the house ... get It back this time it's driving crazy wheel stuff a weird sucking sound like a hose trying to suck in water ... Im upset I'm like what wrong with my car now I call there a little heated but not disrespecting anyone but stern like somebody gonna fix my car right like this is ridiculous . They tell me that they can't do anything else with out diagnosticsNow they have gave my car at this time since the warranty (it elapse at this time ) like 5 diagnostics every times never finding a problem but the blown gasket that I show them even tho a new mechanic especially on Caddilac can see oil dripping down side of my engine my first concerned ... I'm like all these diagnostics and every time I comeBack it's a new problem .. all back to back ... they want me to pay again ... I drive away my car start skipping and doing crazy stuff when I accelerate I call them back my advisor darwin tell me he test drive and felt it a little bit but not a lot ... so did the manager ... she was nice she just got back she use to work there before so she basically was tossed into a mess ... so let find out what really happen .. under my car i start smelling burnt oil or liquid .. I look under my car it's dripping ... I take it to valvoline they say they can't touch it I said why ???He said you have transmission fluid gushing out of your car ... huh ? I look long story short they fixed my car for good ... it had a transmission seal leak out of no where not a leak gushing out fluid I fillIt up it ran out one - two days ... this what sabotage what the proof ... they just diagnosed my car 7 times been under it to put pvc they mess up first time ... and ask me could they send my car home with one of the valets I o drive a hundred miles to pass admission I said no ... they was hoping my car transmission turn over cause it would run out .., now I have paper work to show they just did work To my car 4 year ago when I first got it cause I had to warranty's they put 18,000 in my car new oil pans eben told me they threw in transmission work cause it was on my warranty ... 4 years later after back and fourth with them for over ; months now my transmission fluid is pouring out granted I never had any problem taking off or switching gears . I have emailed b long the operator manager no response called no response called Caddilac they take my name no response every body no me there cause I kept coming back not months later days and every time a new problemPROBLEMS

The support and appreciation you receive throughout the process in incredible. They make you feel like they want your business and truly appreciate your loyalty!! The staff remembers who you are and addresses you by name, year after year. It is a wonderful experience, whether you are purchasing, going into service or just asking questions!! Outstanding customer service. I was in the market for a Lyriq and Billy responded promptly to my email. He made buying this car so very easy. Gave me top dollar for my trade in and we did business hassle free, I did not feel pressured to buy. He offered exactly what dealerships should offer, Zero stress and NO empty promises. I’m so glad I found this place. I don’t mind driving over an hour away for outstanding customer service. I pass by 2 cadillac dealerships and will always come here because they treat you like family. Billy was able to secure a loaner for me to get my car detailed and Cory was also courteous, professional, and accommodating. The finance manager was also very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was forthright and honest in his recommendations of what I needed. I would highly recommend Classic Cadillac of Atlanta. I love ❤️ my new car. Best of all, no oil changes and no gas. ?

I caught the Subaru Service Department in a lie. The two service departments share the same ownership.

I worked with Mr. Simo and he was great, I live 4 hours away from the dealership and he went through great effort to make sure I had what I needed. The car I bought was in great condition and was priced VERY moderately

Absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars if I could. We live almost 3 hours away and went down there to buy a used escalade. We were going to pay cash and they continued to want us to do financing so agreed to that and then paperwork was taking too long (not complaining about that part, I understand) but I needed to pick up my kids from school so I needed to leave before paperwork was ready. So they had someone deliver and bring paperwork to my house. Thought that was great that they would drive that far however the guy with the paperwork barely knew anything as he was just a driver. We called multiple times to get paperwork on vehicle and talk with someone about the vehicle running rough. Was told every time we would get a call back which never happened. Finally after 2 months and car being broken down on the side of the road and a bunch of angry calls from me did I receive a call back. Turns out the engine is blown and I need an entire new engine. They go on to tell me that they didn't receive calls (I have phone records to prove it) and I do not have a warranty on the vehicle and they would once again give me a call back. Still waiting on that call back but I am assuming they will not be doing anything to make this right. Do not buy a used car from them unless you are ok with the engine failing after less than 3 months.

I've had the biggest disappointment today with this branch in sandy springs saw a Subaru yesterday agreed on it went to my bank to get the check cut and sales person Bryer had me waste my time and bring the check toward and sold the vehicle on the spot while he knew I was on my way to get the car for my family I guess he sold to the highest bidder this dealership has very unloyal and underneath practices they are on Roswell rd and totally suck pertaining to their business practices say no!
