Very similar to my experience. Once they found out it was an insurance claim they were off to the races. What started as a $3,711 repair has now ballooned to just shy of $12,000. They have completely fleeced Nationwide on parts by marking them up 50%. This just isn't a few parts but every single part, clip, and screw. For instance the grill was $1,000 but they charged my insurance $1,500. Headlight was $500 but they charged Nationwide $900. The list goes on and on.... The icing on the cake is my insurance was charged $1,825 for a "blind spot recalibration" This took less than 10 minutes and included $95 to check the seatbelts, $65 to make sure the car battery works, and the list goes on. This was done by a third party group called ADAS solutions and they are just as criminal as classic. It seems like everyone is making out like a bandit on this deal. companies like this are what makes the rates for insurance go up on everyone I reached out through facebook and received a message from them stating someone would look into it and then I was blocked from their page and from sending messages. Classy!

Brought my car in for a scrape on the side. They did an exceptional job. Cory, The manager was awesome and professional and with the rest of the staff they were completely awesome as well! So impressed with the work. I end up bringing my wife's car in for minor bumper damage and again impeccable work. I highly recommend classic collision for the work, professionalism and knowledge! Thank you!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Classic Collison and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Initially, I chose this auto body shop based on their partnership with the insurance company, which led me to believe it would be a smooth and efficient process. To my dismay, the collaboration between the auto body shop and my insurance company resulted in an exorbitant estimate for repairs, a cost that my insurance company refused to cover. Despite the fact that my car was in good working condition and I only required a fix for the side bumper, the auto body shop insisted on unnecessary repairs. Communication with the auto body shop was a constant issue. When seeking updates on my car's status, I was consistently directed to contact the insurance company myself. This lack of transparency added to the frustration and inconvenience of the entire process. When I informed the auto body shop that I would be retrieving my car due to the insurance claim denial, I encountered further problems. The promised completion date was not met, and the final labor cost exceeded the previously agreed-upon amount by over $100. The lack of an itemized bill, combined with an unexpected $400 administrative fee, only added insult to injury. What's more, my car was held at the auto body shop for an extended period, well beyond the promised timeframe. Upon finally receiving my vehicle, it became evident that the service was subpar. Not only was the bumper expected to be retained by the shop without my consent, but essential parts were missing, and my backup cameras were no longer functional. The entire experience left me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of, with the auto body shop engaging in what seemed like a deliberate attempt to inflate costs and withhold essential components. This has undoubtedly been one of the most unsatisfactory interactions I've had with an auto service provider, and I would caution others to not follow the directions of your insurance company if they are affiliated with this autobody shop, especially if you are at a no-fault accident. Choose another auto body shop that you trust and then submit the claim yourself. Images of when I dropped off my car and after I picked it up with no bumper re-attached. Before drop off and after drop off the trim is broken on the trunk.

Been more than a year, car was rear ended and back bumper needed replacement. Initially the part was back ordered and they kept the car for 6 weeks and returned it without proper fix (tried to repair old bumper unsuccessfully). Didn't even tell me about incomplete work and when I went to get it checked since it wasn't fixed, they told me part was still back ordered. Since then I have stopped by multiple times in last 12 months and every time they say they will call back but never do.Service: Body & Trim

the insurance collection and its work has not finished, after a year I am still waiting for two pieces, one has been "taken" from my car for no professional reason, they keep you on the phone and do nothing, desperate because it will not do nothing, he already has his money!! I do not recommend this place, avoid having a bad experience, very sad.

Not satisfied on recent work done from this place. Paint still hasn’t settled and my car came back with several scratches that were not there before dropping it off. I regret taking my car here after my accident.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give a negative 0 I would. Had an 11:30 appointment to have my car appraised. When I arrived at 11:20am no one was in the office customers where walking in and out one man walked in and just left parts on the desk because no one was there phone ringing off the hook. Went outside and their guy Mark was shooting the shit with another customer when I asked him how long it would be because I had an appt he said you don't just get in and out I said I know that is why I have an appointment. Piss poor customer service! He said he did not want to service me so I left went to Buckhead location and was seen on the spot with top tier customer service people hat actually work. Also beware your car can be stolen as you will see keys just laying around. No I don't need a response I'm just putting my reviews on any platform I am privy too! Good day!

Classic fixes my car after I had an accident. They did a great job. They were very thorough and did their best to get it back to me even when the parts were scarce.
