DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! DO NOT DO IT! If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. My sales adjuster KARLA was absolutely terrible! Rude, nasty, and disrespectful. She spoke with a snarky attitude and continued to smirk and almost laugh in my face when i voiced my frustrations with the terrible service. She's unprofessional, unpleasant, she has absolutely NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. They had my car for over a MONTH to replace a bumper. Continued to lie and tell me they had spoken with GEICO and were waiting on their approval and GEICO had not received any invoice from them. They had my car for three weeks before they even started ordering parts, then they ordered the wrong parts. I got my car back with my AMG rims scuffed on the side. Once my car was finally ready, I get up here and Karla had no idea what she was doing with the paperwork and had me sitting and waiting forever on my car. I would absolutely NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! This experience was incredibly awful. Customer service was nonexistent. No one knows what they're doing at all. It is so much back and forth this was quite literally the worst business I have ever visited. Terrible place. They have zero empathy whatsoever. No follow up. I had to call to get updates on my car. Every time the pick up date came they didn't even call and tell me it was pushed back, I had to call up there almost every single day and on days no one would get back to me I had to physically drive up here and wait to speak to someone. I'm sitting here STILL as we speak waiting on Karla to "get help" with the paperwork that should have been complete. I have no idea how this place is in business. Even my GEICO adjuster stated she wished she had sent me to another place, this one just had an opening that morning. I wonder why?! As I sit here and continue to wait on them to finish "paperwork" she moved my car to the back of the building "so I wouldn't take it." This place is an absolute joke and I wish I had seen all of these reviews prior to coming. Biggest regret of my life.

I really recommend this place. I've been twice and I received great sevice both times. Khemara Ngov and Ashley Bautista were excellent to work with.

Classic Collision Buckhead was amazing! Super friendly service and fast! They fixed my Audi and it came out like showroom quality! Definitely the spot you want to take your car to, especially a luxury car! Khemara was very professional and knowledgeable! They are under new management! Highly recommended to everyone in metro Atlanta! Thank you again Classic!!!

Khemara was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgable sweet, patient and all around one of the best customer service I have ever received! Unfortunately my Mercedes that I loved dearly ended up being a total. However Khemara was very above and beyond and held my hand every step of the away. And I ended up getting a good settlement thanks to her advice! Way to turn a negative into a very positive experience Khemara! My insurance highly recommended this facility and I see why now! True professionals who know their stuff! A++ Khemara outstanding job! You have my referral!Thank you again Classic Buckhead! You now have a loyal and happy customer!

Don’t make appointment online! They accepted my make and model, sent me text reminders about my appointment- all the things. I pulled in to drop off car and went inside, ready to get my car fixed! Yay! Two girls behind reception desk, bored out of their minds, not another person there. I told them who I was and that I had a 9am appointment- she looked it up and said, “Oh, we don’t work on those cars. Sorry.” No excuse for such poor service.

Had an awesome experience, my estimator Karla was on top of the game when it came to dealing with my insurance (Equity insurance). And the car came back tidy and it looks like nothing ever happened.

I got rear ended and classic collision fixed my car.Pro: What I will say is the job overall was done very well, you can’t even tell anything happened.Working with Karla was pleasant she was nice and very responsive.They got my car fixed sooner than expected by two weeks.Con: When I initially went in they gave me a quote as if I was paying for the service out of pocket which was $1500 more than they quoted for the at fault party insurance to pay. Saying we only use brand new Mercedes parts but with insurance they can use aftermarket or we have to replace every piece but with insurance some were able to be fixed which I really don’t appreciate.Then they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card.The front desk assistants are horrible. They act like they don’t like their jobs barely speak, don’t speak up, eating at the desks, and overall poor attitude.Would I recommend— yes if you’re using insurance

Lord have mercy. This has to be the worst collision business in the entire world. I received a call from Classic Collision yesterday and was scheduled to bring my car in for repairs today. I walked in and told the secretary that I was scheduled for an apt. Christopher sent out his assistant to relay a message to me. I saw her walking towards the desk and gave her a warm smile. This woman was scouring at me as she was walking up to the front desk. She did not acknowledge me and began to speak with the secretary. At the time I took no offense because I wasn't sure if she was the person who would be working with me since she didn't speak to me, so I assumed someone else was coming. After she was done talking to the secretary, she proceeds to tell me, "The woman who called you yesterday and schedule your appointment really don't work here like that, and we don't take cars on Wednesdays and we're not actually taking cars until the 26th". I was like, what? She told me that I could "leave my car but we won't be able to start working on it until next week or so". I told her that I would prefer to be rescheduled, and in the meantime I asked her if she could go get Christopher because I wanted to say hello to him. She stated, "I'm his assistant he sent me up here to tell you this, I will tell him to give you a call". I told her that I wasn't upset about the mistake with the appointment that I wanted to say hello because I have worked with him in the past and I just wanted to say. She proceeded to say I will have him call you in a very ignorant tone. I was so caught off guard by this woman's nasty mannerism and lack of professionalism. I kept trying to explain to her that I'm not asking to speak with him to complain, that I literally just wanted to say hi. And she told me no. So I told her that this is not going to work out and that I will not have my car repaired with the company and called her a stupid ***** and walked out the store. She told me not come back, and I told her I never will. I am so glad for the experience because my car was never meant to be repaired there seeing how they have 3.4 stars on google. It makes perfect sense!All I can say is if you like hood rat costumer service this is definitely the place for you. I still can't believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today. I do not regret calling that hood rat a stupid *****. She needs a mentor and she will never get far in life with a nasty attitude like that. I recommend Classic Collision selects employees that are enthusiastic about life and has a sense of self respect and direction.

My experience here was beyond my expectations! Karla the estimator I worked with was exceptional and my car came back completely clean on the inside as well! My rear trunk was worked on, so this was a great suprise. Thank you!
