Just felt the rudeness and poor customer service as soon as I came inside. The two that are working the 7:30 Monday shift were more vested in their laptop then quality service. “So long” was what the female worker said to me, very sarcastically after the other gentleman decided to make some sarcastic quid remark. Maybe get another job?

Usually have a great experience at Cloud 9 but the asian chick behind the counter was beyond rude and acted like we were so annoying because we asked her a question. Y’all need to fire her. Awful customer service.

I love this shop location and the majority of the kind people who work here, so I’m leaving two stars instead of one regarding this experience. However, today 5/9/2023 at 3:50 my friend and I dropped by your store. We, two young adult women, were personally annoyed with the Chris Brown music playing overhead and were commenting to each other about it. It seems as though that irritated the male clerk behind the counter that day. As we were checking out, my friend and I only speaking to each other, he cut in and in a condescending manner asked if we were “okay.” I was stunned. The disrespect. Sorry that we don’t like men who chase women that are actively trying to get away from them, then proceeded to beat every part of her face. I responded “Yeah, we’re okay. Are you?” We checked out and left. If I come to this location and this man is working I will walk straight out. Stay out of women’s business.

The young lady who ‘helped’ us was impatient and rude. Normally, I would just keep it to myself, but I am a business owner. The owner of this business should know that she drove another potential customer out while I was there. On his way out, he said that she was rude; and that she didn’t deserve his business. We will not be back.

I had a great experience at this place. I had just recently given up the cigarette's and I knew absolutely nothing about vaping. Malik took the time to explain the basics to me. He gave me some great suggestions on vape juice and vaping has been a real pleasure now. I honestly don't even miss smoking! Great place and I will be doing all my shopping there from now on. Thanks Malik for the great advice!

In case y’all are wondering how this shop is along with the employees, I started going here in May when I first moved in and immediately felt taken care of and treated as friend of their own, they’re very knowledgeable when it comes to any details on products, alway guide the customer to the right price that’s in your budget, and most importantly makes you feel like you’re part of the family vibe that they have going on there, no complaint, I love coming here so much sometimes I just come in to say hi and chop it up with whoever’s working, highly recommend if you’re debating which smoke shop/cloud9 to go too, much love yall
