I took a off white dress in the spring and had not worn it due to the Pandemic, when I put the dress on in August I realized there was a stain on the back(a gold ring). I returned the dress and was told they would try to clean it, but since it had been more than 30 days, they may not be able to remove the stain. After 2 attempts to remove the stain, it became larger. Initially I was told I would have to pay for them to reclean the dress, after I protested, they didn't charge me for the reclean(It was worse). Today I picked the dress up, no compensation for my dress which is ruined. I also returned a sleeveless white dress 2 weeks ago that had a stain on it, Well. I picked it up today. the stain is still there. I will not use this cleaners again! No compensation for lack of service. No apology. This occurred at the Headland Avenue location.

Good quality service. They walk up to the car and take your clothes. When you pickup, they bring them back to your car!

I purchase 4 maternity dresses from Amazon. I narrowed the dresses down to 2 that I like. Anytime you buy something from amazon the stuff arrives wrinkle. I needed to find a cleaners near the house that have a fast turn around time. When I arrived I was greeted by I assume the owner, he answered my questions and informed me my dresses would be ready on Wednesday. I dropped them off on Monday. My dresses was ready on time Wednesday and they came out perfect for our maternity shoot.

Last month I had some alteration done to a window pain suit jacket...and I never have to try on the clothes before I paid because I never had an issue before...so I just paid and leave...but once I got home I tried the suit on and realized that the lines were not lined up correctly....and there was a fold at the base of my neck...so I took the jacket back to Clover Cleaners to see if it can be fixed...the fold was repaired but the line couldn't be fixed....so of course I wasn't a happy camper...and I told them that I wasn't please...but there was nothing that could be done...so I wore the suit to the event...so today I took another suit back to Clover Cleaners...and I was told that they couldn't do anymore alterations for me because I hurt the feelings of the lady who do the alterations...of whom I never met...I'm the customer....I'm the one that should have the hurt feelings...OMG...no one said here is half of your money back...nothing...but I guess I was supposed to not say anything and just keep it moving...I will not be going back...and the people that I told to go there I will tell them not to patronize as well.
