came here for my friend’s bday and this coach store was amazing!! well stocked, very clean and the staff was so sweet. kiersten (sorry if i butchered your name queen) was the best and so helpful :) will be coming for myself sometime soon

This store is always busy and I always get good customer service. I get approached by at least 2 sales reps every time I’m there. I’ve called store in advance to check on availability of an item which was in stock so they held it for me. I just want to say how much I love and appreciate Alex for helping me design two Tabby’s. He’s very helpful and sweet and I love his suggestions. Definitely coming back to have him help me design another bag soon.
