No shows to appts without notification. Careless work. INSTALLED MY HVAC IMPROPERLY (documented by another HVAC company) and now have been ignoring my calls for >1 week! No longer at 4780 Bakers Ferry Road SW — moved out early 2022 or late 2021 according to the business next door.

They were late about scheduling service, did not come through when they said they would, came 2 hrs late not wearing masks and when I told them they could buy a mask at the gas station insisted that they would have to reschedule. When they did reschedule (they should have just bought the mask) they would not work with my schedule. Customer service ignored my complaints. One woman was helpful and understanding but unfortunately she was powerless to remedy the situation. I do not recommend themService: Heating system repair

God aweful. Never on time. Didnt have the right tools for the job the first time. Didnt show up at all the first appointment. You'd have better luck going to HVAC school yourself to fix whatever issues you may be having.

Good luck with making an appointment that they actually keep. They have called me to schedule several appointments and they do not show. They will call the next day or a couple of days later to reschedule and then not show again. Terrible company!

I would give this company a zero if possible! Technician left 2 days in a row without fixing our A/C. Company will not return calls or give updates. Complete waste of time.

Complete garbage can service. We’ve had the same technician out three times and the problem never gets fixed. He came initially to fix the AC and left and our garage started flooding from the furnace from the condenser being damaged from the technician. Then after he tried to repair the AC, the heat stopped working also. Technician assures us it’s fixed and never is. Worst HVAC contractor I’ve ever used.

I wouldn't waste my time calling this company because if you have to take off work for them to come out plan on taking an extra day. They have been out at my house multiple times and still haven't fixed the problem plus they have no respect for other people's time. Your lucky of you can get someone to answer the phone when you call. One tech really doesn't know what the other is doing. I've had 2 out here now and one said it was thing and the other another, now I'm just waiting for someone to figure it out and it be fixed. Please call another company my rental company uses this place and I had no choice.

You were working next to my home and knocked my mailbox down! The neighbors seen you do it. When I walked next door to ask you, you told me the white truck wasn't with you and that you didn't know who it was, when in fact the white truck was seen dropping off something for you.

Makes appointments and then never shows. Have had them out to my place 4 times now and the a/c still isn’t working. On top of that they hardly answer their phones.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After the technician came out and failed to recognize the compressor was busted, I was left with no A/C in 95 degrees plus weather with three small children. After speaking with him the following day, I was led to believe he would be returning that day. A week later I reached out to my leasing company and was informed they were never told I needed additional repairs. I called Complete again to ask where we were and was told a technician would be out the next day. Three hours into the five hour window I called to make sure someone would be coming out. I was told YES. Two hours later I get a call informing me no one was coming and they would schedule me for the following day. If you have any other option, DO NOT USE COMPLETE HEATING AND AIR. They don't care. Their performance, policies, and customer service is severely lacking.

This company is a waste of valuable time. They scheduled an appt.and never called or showed up. I called the receptionist for an update with the response being he is running behind. Dont waste your time and BELIEVE the reviews!!!!!
