I had a very pleasant experience during my visit at Concentra. The staff made my experience so easy. Eboni check me. She answered all my questions and she was very helpful. Khadayan was very nice. She's a great people person. Mr. Wilkins did an awesome with my exam. Janice checked me out and she make sure that my visit was a pleasant experience. The staff at Concentra are second to none!!!

The physical was okay. I think the Audio/Hearing Test Machine should be updated. The technology on it is not current. I think that the eye test should be update to include more modern machinery. Thanks

Jasmine J. Lozano was an incredible caring and knowledgeable therapist. She was flexible and able to accommodate all of my ailments and needs. She is a beacon in the midst of the general health industry faults.

Jasmine Lozano, is the Best ! My physical therapy is going really good, all because of her. She even had a few things to help, while I’m home recovering! I appreciate her consistency and knowledge… she definitely knows what’s she doing. Let’s say she Employee of the Month?
