This review is for their lousy food court. At the Brookhaven Costco Food Court, the Chicken Bake is $3.99 and the menu clearly says it includes chicken breast, cheese, bacon and Caesar dressing. When they flung my chicken bake onto the counter, it did not include the small plastic condiment cup of Caesar dressing that I used to get at other Costco locations. To add insult to injury, I saw in the window that they gave me a chicken bake that was shorter and less plump than the others. Size matters! When I inquired about the missing dressing, they claimed that they did not have it in a form that they could conveniently hand to me and that it was already rolled up into the chicken bake. Lies! I know the Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad on their menu comes with packets of creamy Caesar dressing. They could have easily given me that same type of packet, but they were too cheap or lazy to fetch me some. When I bit into my chicken bake, it was dry with no obvious tanginess or creaminess distinctive of Caesar dressing. Rip off! I considered making a complaint to the manager, but since this has already happened to me a couple times here, it must be their official policy. My only recourse may be to report them to the Better Business Bureau! They do not deserve a tip!

Store and employees are great. Parking lot is possibly a portal to hell. I'm going to be a better person just to avoid this as my personal version of hell.

Pre shopping lunch $1.50 foot long hotdog and fountain soda. You place your own order at a kiosk and wait for your number to be called.

New Costco member here! I kept hearing about Costco and how good it is and decided to get a membership. I'm single and live alone and purchased the membership in July and finally visited today! I grew up with my parents going to Sam's so seeing the layout was a bit confusing but something I feel I'll get used to after a few more visits. The Member Services is on the far right off the store when exiting so that took getting used to when getting my picture taken for my card. I came for Toilet Paper but the price of $25 was a bit steep. I did the math and can still purchase this item at Wal Mart a few times a year and end up about the same price wise. In addition, Wal Mart will deliver. I did end up purchasing some items for my Interior business and noticed the Produce and Meats department is a lot better than Sam's. I also like how they have a separate room for produce. Finding eggs was difficult and after asking an employee I was told they are in the same room as dairy. I wasn't in need of much grocery items but noticed the selection of Meat and Seafood was pretty darn good! It does sim a bit more pricey at 1st glance but when my items finish up I think I will save money freezing items and having them on hand vs buying items every 2.5 weeks. I don't see myself buying too many of the prepared food items or processed items as those seemed quite expensive. I think I saw an aluminum pan of Macaroni and Cheese for $17. For a family that may be ok, but thinking back to when I was a child my parents could make a pan for less than that. In general I look forward to more visits but I do feel some items are expensive however the savings are definitely with Meats/Seafood and Produce. Also, the Cheese selection was far superior than Sam's. No to mention the selection of Health Food items and Olive Oils/Coconut Oil.

This has been my go to Costco for two plus years. I dislike when big business tries to cut corners by cutting out simple services to the customer. Like what's so hard about keeping the mustard/relish etc dispensers filled? Why did they take away the tin foil from the counter? Like are they going to go bankrupt if they don't cut down on those services ? That's petty. Instead they have staff labeled "supervisors" and managers being totally useless. Who is advising them?

Selection unmatched. New and unusual foods. Meat and seafood selection very good. Frozen food selection eye popping. Everything from mattresses, jewelry and eyewear to snacks and baked goods.

Service person at the self checkout today was bossy, unpleasant, and not the least bit helpful. Apparently the cashier at the self checkout wasn't performing to her standards. If I hadn't already consumed one of the items I would have left to shop elsewhere. Lesson learned. If they are going to make people check their own items then they could at least be nice about it.

I love costco, you can get anything here in Bulk and get clothes for the low! The samples are also the best, this location is very nice, the employees are friendly, sometimes I can find Gingerale at this location.

I got a flat tire and I was in desperate need for someone to replace my tire. I have one of those small donut spares and cannot travel far on it. To make matters worse, the spare did not have enough air in it. Costco promised me they could get to me within 2 hours. They actually patched my tire and it only cost $12. I am extremely grateful.

I have been a long time Costco member and used various locations for tire service. By far, the Brookhaven is the best. Yes, it can be difficult to make an appointment. And yes, sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than I may like. But have you tried other tire centers! That being said. They are always professional and polite. I want to give a big shout out to Yusuf W. He is worked hard to get my issue resolved. Although I would like to think I was getting preferential treatment, I watched Yusuf treat every customer that way. And there were many. I would highly recommend this tire center.

My roommate and I needed to stock up on supplies for toiletry items, sprays and whatever else we decided we though would be good to have. Staff are very thorough checking member cards when walking in, at the self-checkout registered, and even when walking out while reviewing the receipt. It was well organized with plenty of aisles and divided sections to go through. Overall, I had a good experience and would come again.

I enjoy Costco for many things including gas, easy tire fill-up, variety of products and ease experience. My biggest issue is the police state that Costco has become. I get flashing my card at the entrance and scanning it with every purchase, but why on earth do we now need to verify our IDs before using the self-checkout. Did we not just go through COVID? The fact that one person is mandating to touch every single card, one right after the other, is disgusting and ridiculous. Why on earth would you require someone to check the card before checkout when you can't actually checkout without the Costco card. If they think it is for security reasons, that's ridiculous. In addition, why do 5/6 employees need to stand by the little useless desk right beside the self checkout. They don't do anything when the self checkout registers flash. Honestly management needs to go through policies and stop being so wasteful.

The Brookhaven store used to be terrific and pleasant, one of Costco's best in Atlanta. However, quality has dropped steadily over the last 2 years. It's become a dirty, crowded and loud, rude human zoo all the time. Check out is wretched, with lots of yelling by employees at customers and each other. Parking is a nightmare. And now, this Costco has begun letting in the weirdos who take their dogs everywhere like a security blanket on a leash. Dogs do not belong in food stores, and certainly not around crowds, kids and the many who are allergic. Trashy idiocracy.

Abby in customer service was SO kind and helpful. Customer service that was authentic and kind, not just cookie cutter. She was engaged and so helpful. Now we're Costco members! Thank you, Abby! Also, this is a very solid Costco when it cones to selection.
