With this being a pharmacy, within a "discount" warehouse, which is a major chain, I would have expected the customer service to be stereotypically mediocre, but it's the opposite here.Regardless of who has interacted with me, over the phone or in person, I have been helped kindly and often efficiently. They always answer the phone, and they never sound impatient or rude. Whoever hired this team of pharmacist(s) and techs, has a true gift for hiring and/or just knows people really well. The prices are often [suspiciously] better, or nearly the same as other retail pharmcies, which has been so helpful to me these last few uninsured months. As well as suggestions on how to cope with the ongoing inventory shortages, and how to avoid going off certain meds while not having insurance.

Today was the third time they didn’t have one of my medications in stock, and it’s not always the same med so what is up with keeping inventory in stock?! It would be one thing if I wasn’t in pain, but I am and I don’t live nearby. The pharmacist didn’t even try to give me something very similar in the meantime of waiting for the medication, or as a substitute. It’s like they don’t care if you’re in pain or your skin feels like it’s slowly burning off. At this point, I’m having my meds transferred somewhere else cause I can’t deal with this anymore.

Never had a bad experience. Receive text when ready. Staff is always nice and working efficiently to keep the lines moving. Only in one instance they had to special order my meds but they called when it was ready. Most issues come when people - don’t give time for their scripts to be prepared or wait u til the last minute… not on the pharmacy.

We are shopping for our prescriptions and vaccinations here since 3 years. Outstanding service, the staff always greets us with our name, that’s so nice. Very simple to refill prescriptions over the phone or online. In comparison to other pharmacies it also appears to be the lowest cost in most or for us all cases. Will remain our pharmacist!!

I gave the pharmacy 4 stores because I find the operating hours challenging. I would like to be able to call before 10:00 AM. But the prices here cannot be beat, so any inconvenience is well worth it. And I have never been treated with anything other than professionalism and respect by pharmacy employees.

You need to be proactive to get Costco Member Prescription Pricing (CMPP) or to provide your insurance. Scanning your Costco Card is not enough to get CMPP pricing as we found out. If your prescription info says "Cash Price Adj" - they did not apply CMPP or your insurance. We are confused why the cashier scanned a member card but let the Highest Cash Price be applied. More context below, but when I followed up with pharmacist about it, she said "your wife was okay with the price charged." Yes, because we assume for $120 a year we automatically get CMPP pricing when our membership card is scanned and no insurance is on file (CMPP is much better than our Insurance pricing). My wife's script on an annual basis is $72 less with CMPP than what she was charged. Looking at Costco.com, prescription drug prices show some as being a $11,640 annual difference between retail and CMPP price. Be proactive - scanning your member card isn't enough. Side note: My dogs' meds got CMPP applied without asking. My wife, a Costco Member, scanned her card and the CMPP price was still not applied to her Rx. When discussing an Rx for me with the pharmacist, I asked why my wife would not get the same CMPP pricing as we had received for our pet. She replied that "your wife was okay with the price charged but I'll refund the difference." We didn't know what the price should be. Only saw when we got home the paperwork said "Cash Price Adj" instead of what our pet's meds paperwork said "CMPP." Fortunately, the difference was just a few dollars. However, there are several Rx where the CMPP price is $50-$100 instead of $1000+. I expressed that we are lucky, but they need to train their cashiers to always ask new patients for insurance. If they are a Costco member, then the cashier needs to ask if they want to apply Costco member pricing or their Insurance. In a time of high inflation it is ridiculous Costco Members need to proactively ask for Member Pricing at the pharmacy. But... here we are. Having had RX's filled at Walgreens, CVS and others, I remember all on my first visit ask me to provide my insurance card during my 1st Rx. It is confusing to me why the Pharmacist seemed okay that their cashiers do not have that same training. Costco's pricing is great, but be proactive. They are not going to give you the pricing you pay $60-$120/year to have unless you ask. Scanning your card is not enough. Lastly, Costco has a great Authorized Generic program for several drugs. But, speaking with the Pharmacy Manager, Costco Corp is not educating its clubs on this program. However, he did confirm it exists. This was a disappointment with Costco Corp and not this individual location.

They can’t seem to keep staff, I have had to come back multiple times to try to get a prescription, the text message system never seems to work, the email system never seems to work, and having to fight for my life to get into the store only to find out my prescriptions are delayed again is maddening. Will be transferring all of my RXs away. It’s been years. Get it together.2 stars because at least the staff tries. It’s corporate’s fault.

I went in for a vaccination and had an appointment scheduled. I'm sure most people go during their lunch break in order not to miss work. They made me wait for 45 minutes past my appointment. What's the point of making one? You also fill in the same information on paper as you did online. What's the point of making me do it online? The actual jab was very gentle once the pharmacist actually showed up. I won't be back to this pharmacy for a shot though.

I received both doses of my COVID vaccine here. In both instances, my scheduled appointment time was not honored. I waited an hour+ past my first dose appointment time, and 45 minutes past my second dose appointment time. I would not schedule other things close to your appointment time if you are using this pharmacy.

My experience with the Pharmacy and it's staff has been positive. I always call to check on my prescription status before I go in, and have not had any issues with wait times.
