Ghetto costco. You'll have to wait for ladies digging through their purse while chowing down on their pizza to find their receipts at the exit. God forbid you ask them to step out the way so you can get through.
Checkout workers will give you attitude when you waiting at self checkout and they tell you to go to the other registers even though I got like two items and they manned lines are longer.
Parking lot somehow smaller than a publix.

Yesterday I finished my shopping, loaded it into the trunk and went back for ice cream. I went through the return door, the manager at the members desk saw it and very rudely asked me to show my loyalty card. Then he began to explain in an even more rude manner that I should have gone through the other entrance, chec-in my card again and gone out through the cash registers. Is there any point in this if I came back for ice cream?
Is this how they serve customers now? I would have given it a minus five and would have done it with pleasure.

Ordered a sandwich at the food court and the guy soaked it in mayo and got it all over the plate and foil cover. Thanks bro. I threw it right in the trash.

I wanted to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at the food court. When I requested an additional piece of aluminum foil to properly cover my chicken bake (as the one provided was not long enough), the worker, Kim, refused and stated, “No! Only one!” in a rude manner. She then emphasized that she is the manager and that I would not be allowed another piece, regardless of the situation.
I understand if there are policies in place, but the way she handled the situation felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. As a loyal Costco customer, I expect better service and respect from staff, especially from someone in a managerial position. Encounters like this negatively impact customer experience and reflect poorly on Costco’s reputation.
I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better service in the future.

Costco was okay. The problem that makes me hate going there is there are to many people who go to this Costco. I almost saw two fights in the parking lot because there isn’t enough parking. And people are just rude now. Employees are overwhelmed in the food court. It’s just not a good experience like it used to be.

Costco member here. If you’re gonna have the gas station open till 9 PM. Please have the tire station open to 9 PM as well instead of 830. I’m able to get gas but now I’m stuck in your parking lot because I can’t get air. Thanks Costco.

Worse experience that I have in all Costcos that I went. The lady on the door was super rude with me and also in the end at the food counter, the guy was super impatient with the people that was waiting for their food, from all my 3 years that I have a Costco membership, I never get such a bad as on this Costco

We ordered the pizzas online and they weren’t ready when we got there because they did get it. Then they proceeded to take 40 minutes to make 2 boxes of pizza line wasn’t even long dont recommend.

They usually have everything I want and need. The only down side is the parking. There's a huge lot, but it stays packed on the weekends.

Costco appliance delivery experience is very poor. Bought a Samsung refrigerator from Costco.com in October 2024. When Costco's delivery contractor RXO Last Mile installed the refrigerator, they did not fully tighten the water line. So there was a very slow drip. Had plumber come out and the plumber said the slow leak was due to the water supply line not tightened correctly. The problem was reported to Costco late November. Costco created a claim number for the property damage. But to this date, February 2025, neither Costco, nor RXO Last Mile has addressed the claim.
