This is an excellent layout! Easier to find what you’re looking for with beautiful holiday displays to make your creativity flow! Parking is hard. We went out on a Saturday am. It is a very hip part of town. There are about 8-9 spots on the side road right in front of the store for CB parking only. 15 minutes. But it’s a perfect little secret!

Rebecca was a great help - but why in the world would I shop in person when they don't even offer you better shipping times in store?
Instead of waiting 3 months for a table I went to Ikea and had a table assembled before dinner.

We worked with one of the designers, Tonya Dessesseau, and she was fantastic! She listened carefully to our design preferences, put together a gorgeous plan, and was receptive to our feedback about a few adjustments. She truly went above and beyond by coming out to tour the space before the design and being present for the delivery, giving us white glove treatment with a very minor issue, and helping us order additional beautiful design elements once the first delivery was complete. I cannot say enough wonderful things - thanks so much, Tonya!

We spend thousands here a few years ago with an amazing guy that no longer works here. Was going to purchase upgrades but the staff quality has really gone down. Each time we go back we get rude unprofessionals that treat us like we are inconveniencing them by asking questions. In addition, making rude statements about us going online to get the 15% off instead of supporting them. We haven’t even went online to purchase but with the rude attitude, I 1000% will not support anyone with a rude attitude with my business. We took our business elsewhere where we are actually welcomed.

This review is not for this specific store or it's employee's; however posting a review seems to be the only way Crate and Barrel as a company will respond.
If you are considering Crate & Barrel for any wedding registry items I would recommend going anywhere else. Over a 1/3 of our items arrived broken or had missing pieces. I understand that Crate and Barrel is not responsible for the entire shipping process, however my issue comes with the fact that Crate & Barrel's Customer Service Team is possibly one of the least effective groups when it comes to handling what should be simple replacements or refunds. Each broken item took months to replace because the customer service team took weeks to respond to emails / calls and gather simple information that is either in their system or was already provided by myself in an earlier email that they couldn't be bothered to read.
Currently I am waiting on a response for the replacement or refund of a registry item that they admit was never delivered to us. They stop responding every time they tell us the problem is solved, then when nothing happens and we reach out again they just transfer us to a different rep and process restarts. Hopefully posting this publicly will speed up their response time.

Came to exchange and replace items from my wedding registry. Gloria took care of everything I needed and was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and went out of her way make sure everything was packed securely.

I came in today looking for ideas. Gloria introduced me to Sonia the furniture specialist. She is a god send. She was so patient and kind with helping me today. I am an elderly lady, and to have that kind of patience and wonderful personality is rare. I love every piece she picked out for me to update my living room. If I can give her 10 stars I would and I am excited to work with her again. Great asset Crate and Barrel.

Came here to say for their wedding registry event! Loved that they had this event to help newly engaged couples to navigate what to do with their registries! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable on everything from tableware to bedding.
This event started before the store officially opened so that very helpful to get individual attention and time and space to move around to pick up all the glasses and silverware and things one must put on their registry.
They had us try a Nespresso maker, and there was a Shun knife demo. They also had OJ and lite snacks at the event too which made it very welcoming
