Came here to say for their wedding registry event! Loved that they had this event to help newly engaged couples to navigate what to do with their registries! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable on everything from tableware to bedding.This event started before the store officially opened so that very helpful to get individual attention and time and space to move around to pick up all the glasses and silverware and things one must put on their registry.They had us try a Nespresso maker, and there was a Shun knife demo. They also had OJ and lite snacks at the event too which made it very welcoming

Ordered in store pickup this morning before 7am. It's almost 12 hours later and still not ready. I think this is a poorly run retail location. The sales associates I've dealt with here are pretty entitled and unhelpful. "Those items can't be seperated, these other items come from the warehouse" Even though there's literally 7 stacks of the same plate. Home depot is a warehouse 10 times larger and they have online pickup ready in 30 mins, 1 hour max, and they bring it out with a smile. It's hard to understand why a company that charges 50 bucks for a cup can't figure things out in 2023. And if they can't they could at least try and be polite. You guys work at a shopping mall, it's not exactly a salt mine.

Miles at the Lenox Crate & Barrel was AMAZING!! He is a kitchen knife expert and stayed past his shift to help us!! A+++ Customer Service!

If you are interested in buying any cookware at C&B, you need to talk to Miles. I had a lengthy conversation with him, and he provided a wealth of knowledge. He approached me and was very friendly and professional. Miles helped me to make the right choice on my Dutch oven purchase!

Very nice store but the true stars are the employees. Excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, went out of their way to help me, and extremely knowledgeable about all products.

The customer service was on par. Military discount was without question. Selections were pricey but of good quality. They make gift giving a fun easy process. The only downside is the parking and unfortunately in Atlanta that’s not fixable.

Sales associates are extremely helpful. Prices are ridiculous. Worked here 25 years ago. Back when they were inside the mall and the prices were more reasonable. Nice to see the new space. Standing in line having to listen to their annoying customer base was amusing. Entitled Karen's and Sassy John's.

Great helpful and friendly Staff. Very knowledgeable on all products. Recommend getting the Crate and Barrel Master card. You build so many points. I used my points on a recent purchase of $240 and earned $80 for my next visit. Pleasant surprise they do military discount.

While I adore this location and many of the products Crate & Barrel offers, the more products of theirs that we own and the more business that we do with this company the more we realize that this is not our favorite company. This is primarily predicated on their sales strategy and financing plans. Otherwise great quality products. Don't go into Crate and Barrel expecting anything less than premium prices though.

Customer service is SPOT ON! I ordered plates online to be picked up at this store. I went in to pick up and while shopping they wrapped them up nice and tight and off home I went. When I got home I discovered they had given me the wrong dishes. I called and told them the situation (I live at least 35 minutes away) and they called me back within 10 minutes telling me they were shipping the new ones to me free of charge. They truly went out of their way to make everything right for me. In this day when customer service is very hard to find in retail, the team here gets an A+!

Gloria, Joe, and Susan were SO sweet and helpful when my fiancé and I were registering for wedding gifts today. Seriously the sweetest and most warm people! I walked out of the store and said, “I want to call mgmt and tell them how amazing their employee are.”
