Today I came in a little frustrated due to the fact that, I had not received my replacement card and as of the A.M., I had occurred an late charge as a result. So of course, when I walked in, I was ready to close my entire account however, I was met by miss Kya and she was able to resolve my issue with such poise, professional and effective communication... I had no other chose but calm down and not close my account... Thank for your help...

Yesterday I came in to inquire about opening up my business account with Credit Union of Atlanta. I signed in to the computer. Although I didn’t have all my documents, Ms. Kya exemplified outstanding customer service and great professionalism. She explained everything that was needed. I’ll be back to open my account on Monday.

Good afternoon, everyone, having been a customer of this bank for 3 years, the bank cheated me out of money. They didn’t transfer the account to me until the end; they blocked access to the account; they didn’t issue me; they gave me some kind of fake card; they sent me, they took advantage of the fact that I’m just far away; this once again emphasizes that the banks are scammers. and as always, all security guards are scammers engaged in fraudulent activities. They extort money; the data leaks to other people, to other scammers who use all this data. I would not advise you to work with this bank; invest in this bank; work with this bank; you can’t always reach the bank by calling the bank’s email address. doesn't answer because no one cares

I went into the credit union early this morning lines were short but there were only one teller I have issues with my legs so I asked the first person walking by which was a guy with his Christmas gear on looking very festive and he said he would help me just told me to have a seat the whole point is everybody is friendly even the officer I appreciate that thanks for everything
