I brought a friend for New phone and service and was supposed to get a $25 credit, I asked about it when we arrived and was told I needed to wait until my friend got service before it could completed, after my friend got service I asked about the credit and was told that it was to late and should have been done during the process, sounded to Me like it is false advertising.

I called today hoping to ask a few questions before initiating services. The young lady who answered the phone answered all my questions with 1 worded answers and really didn't give me impression she wanted to help me. I asked her if I could speak with someone else; she told me she was answering my questions and hung up in my face.I called back to request the district manager's number and was told, the young lady I just spoke with is the manager. The young man claimed he didn't have the dm's number. And I should call back tomorrow to speak with him and then she starts speaking. I was told she answered all my questions etc etc. Too much. Go elsewhere!

Initially I was disappointed by the technician in the store who I found to be in careless and indifferent about quality of service. By afternoon another tech came four hours of being in store. He was able to straighten things out. Thank you Hakeem
