In the last 6 months Customer Service has taken a dive. One agent will tell me a price and then the bill ends up being higher. I saved a transcript of the conversation and they would still not honor the monthly price that I was told. When I originally signed up I was told that phone lines could be used for iPads. Now they are telling that I will automatically be billed at a higher rate. Find another carrier if you can.

I have been a cricket wireless for over 10 years, today i called them for the first time after years, i bought a line from them online, they assigned me a number with a zip code from somewhere else which i didnt want, i contacted them and had a very bad experience with the customer service and they didn't cancel the order. very bad service.

I activated a 10 GB hotspot for my phone via the website. I accidentally processed the payment twice. When I called customer service to refund $10, I was told I signed up for the 20 GB hotspot and could not get a refund. I tried to explain over and over that. I don’t want that and I just wanted to spend $10. After several days I canceled one of the payments on my credit card. Cricket then shut off all four of our family’s phone lines And bullied us to pay $70 to have everything turned back on. One of these lines was my business line. I attempted to work this out with customer service and was given the same runaround. I can’t believe how I was treated after being a customer for over five years. Burning Bridges for 10 bucks. Great business model.

I just want to say the Cricket Wireless store in Cherry Hill, NJ is the BEST cricket store I've been to. I travel around the US and this store is always the best I walk into. The location has an excellence of customer care and amazing help. CHERRY HILL NJ CRICKET THANK YOU! Yours truly tom!

I wish that I could give this a zero rating. Cricket allowed my number to be and my husbands to be transferred to another user that has stolen my identity and solicited thousands of dollars from my friends. Cricket has had no response and will not suspend the number for the past four days. Everytime that I call they tell me it will be longer for resolution. I have no way of accessing any of my accounts or money. They are terrible.

My family has had phone service threw your company for over 5 years we pay our bill on time most of the time and all we have recieved is blatten disrespect from the cricket wireless workers I demand to know how its perfectly fine to treat a loyal customer this way i really think isnt even the worse issue my main problem is the devices dont work properly with or without signal and that includes connected to wifi......

I've been a faithful customer for many years with cricket. This weekend was the first time I've ever experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude representatives. My phone service was interrupted because the system updated my payment after Midnight. After paying my 30 dollars for a bridge extension that I did not receive. I was told to pay 48 dollars to have services reconnected and I did. When I asked about my 30 dollars being refunded, the representative told me that they would not refund it. He also stated that if I contacted my bank to stop this payment he would disconnect my service again. I've never been scammed out of money for a cellphone in all my years living on this earth. Also, one of them has changed my phone settings that displays all of my messages in Spanish. It was never set 5his way before. So, I have paid nearly 100 dollars for a bridge payment service that was disconnected. I'm going to see who contact me about this disservice. Pitiful service I received after speaking with 3 representatives.

I have been with cricket more than 7 years with no problems. Today I have called and spoke with tow supervisor that told me that there was nothing I could do about someone making changes to my account because they are on my bill. As I explained that this is a privacy issue and it is in no way legal for someone to just call in on the phone not verify who they are and receive a PIN code to access my account. Then they got personal enough to tell me that I should just separate them from a bill that I am solely responsible for. I was on the phone 56 minutes and couldn’t get my account secured nor were they willing to hear me out just kept talking over me while I am explaining my concern for my privacy. I am going to contact my lawyer to see what can be done about these privacy issues. When you call the office in Georgia it immediately goes to voicemail as if it’s a cell phone. Maybe an investigation just needs to be opened up because this is outright ridiculous and unfair to dedicated services.

We are having many problems with our Cricket Wireless phone service. One of the many is that with Wi-Fi on always inside, Cricket Wireless is using all our purchased data and then making our phone unusable outside when we need to use our purchased data.
We have had a lot of scam calls.
Also it is difficult to get ahold of customer service.

DOOOOOO NOT I MEAN DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. I PAID EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO PAY ON THERE BRIDGE PAY OPTION. THEY RESTORED MY SERVICE.. TOOK MY MONEY,, THEN CUT MY PHONE OFF THE NEXT MORNING.. THEIR REASON WAS BECAUSE I WAS SHORT 0.12 CENTS. IN ORDER TO RESTORE IT FROM THE 0.12 CENTS CUT OFF,,,NOW YOU NEED TO PAY 55 MORE DOLLARS WHICH IS THE NEXT MONTHS PARTAIL BILL. SO YAAL CUT MY PHONE OFF AFTER I PAID MY BILL NOW I NEED TO PAY 55$ 0.12cents WASNT INCLUDED IN MY BRIDGE PAY AMOUNT. DOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOT GET CRICKET. IT IS BASED OUT OF ATLANTA AND THE OFFICE NUMBER ISNT REAL AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE SERVICES SUCK SO DOES THEIR UGLY ASS STORES. I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE ..I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR BUT THAT WAS POINTLESS. CANT EVEN SPEAK TO PERSON,, ITS ALL CHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HATE THIS COMPANY,, THEY JUST STOLE FROM ME!!!

I'm disappointed in Cricket Wireless I have been a customer for over 15 yrs my cellphone wouldn't power on for almost a month
They didn't want to give me any breaks on my service plan and I couldn't do a lot of things without my cellphone the representative just kept saying $53 wthy

I’ve been with them for years. Never had a problem until today. Call customer service about an issue I had It was the worst experience. Talked with one representative it was the worst ask to speak with supervisor he was so rude I’ve never experience any customer service like this. They do not care about their customer and we are the reason they are in business but after today I will be taking me and my family off their service and to think I worked for them before. The worst customer service ever!

My husband has been having problems with his phone for months and he has insurance on it every time I file a claim it's denied now his phone doesn't work at all and I'm having a hard time getting help I tried calling corporate but it took me to a voice mail that haven't been set up I've been with cricket for over 10 years but now I'm thinking about changing companies because of this
