Reposting considering my reviews are hidden so I’ll be reposting just as many times as this company likes to raise rates. I had a 10x10 unit that was listed for $128, fast forward four months later and the new price is $228 due to a recent “market adjustment.” There have been no updates made to this property and it seems like this company uses the “bait and trick” tactic to desperately gain customers. If you want to experience consistent pricing with unexpected increases then I recommend looking elsewhere such as Public Storage( who confirmed their monthly rates stay the same)

I've dealt with more than a few storage facilities over the years. None have had the customer service or cleanliness of this location. The Assistant Manager, Raschel Baker, was kind, helpful, and took the initiative to suggest a larger unit for only slightly more.
I appreciate the friendliness and commitment to customer service.

Raschel was so wonderful with our group today!! She was knowledgeable, friendly and very friendly. We needed to call on her multiple times and she didn't hesitate to help. She made our move in process a breeze! When you come here ask for her.

I used the Extra Space Storage at 2033 Monroe for the last several years and highly recommend them! It was easy to get my account set up, safe and secure when I was loading/unloading items, and the move out process was easy and efficient. Raschel Baker helped me several times and helped me close my account. She was so friendly and pleasant. 5 stars!

Had the best experience with Rachel Baker!! She helped me out at the front desk and was very nice!
