I'm not happy with the fact that I moved out of a storage unit last Saturday and moved into the new one on that same day. I was told the old unit will be removed, and the new one will shows . It's still on there. Make it make sense.

VERY unsafe environment! Drug addicts and homeless would be INSIDE the building! As a woman I NEVER felt safe going there. The building is gated and there is a code to get inside so I have no idea how people could even be inside but they were! Also there are never any carts around like they are suppose to be so bring your own!

Gate was not secured when I arrived so anybody was able to enter and exit as they please. This location was very dirty and trashy there were no carts available to load my things on so I had to carry my belongings by hand. I was charged for a lock that was supposed to be available upon arrival but it wasn't so I had to leave and get my own. Other then that access was very easy and the person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice. The whole $1 for the first month was not true I ended up paying over a hundred dollars but reserving a space was very easy and convenient as well

Worst customer service, worst facility, worst area… EVER. Been coming here for 3 days now and can’t find the property manager ANYWHERE. Sign on the door says she’ll be back later. Sat here from 3pm to 6pm yesterday. Not a person to help in sight. Place unsecured.Gate open, doors open….Plenty of homeless people hanging out on the property. Nobody works here??? Here I am at your facility, day 3, and can’t get in… this is the worst place ever. Don’t rent here. Don’t EVER rent here!!!!

Great location in the city, close to the interstate.
Overall a good facility, great staff, always pleasant and helpful.
Cleanliness could be better overall, lots of homeless people use the restroom to wash up and also to sleep. So the restrooms are rarely open.
My biggest compliant is the price jumps, within the past year the price was raise twice and over $50 each time. Which was the ultimate cause of changing storage facilities. My storage was used to house my nonprofit donations, so paying almost $200 monthly for a small unit was a bit expensive.

Management was very rude and unprofessional. I had to report the incident to corporate it was so bad. Manager advised me if I didn’t like what she was saying to me I could move my stuff out

Wish I could give 0 stars. The negligence of the staff and property upkeep is nonexistent .
Do not rent here. My unit was broken into after only one month here from the top/roof chicken wire. There are people living on site and the access hours are not adhered to. The hallways reck of urine and deification. I lost everything!!!! They even stole my childhood memories and diploma!! The manager is dry unconcerned that there are several more units that were broken into . Then they had the audacity to terminate my lease after my unit was reported broken into. The Vice President, Jim Matthis, is Trash. The company as a whole. DO NOT STORE your things here. Better off giving them away to goodwill. At least it will be of good use and on your terms. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Dont think about the trauma associated with losing everything you own when it your paying for them to be secure.

I did not like the up keep of this facility. The staff was not welcoming and at night I did not feel safe.
