Terrible company. Branch manager has no explanation for random rate increase after only 3 months. Needless to say will moving storage units after this “random” increase in rate.

I’m giving Lia who we had the pleasure of working with yesterday 5 stars not so much this location (Adams Drive NW, 30318). She’s the only person who has been helpful and pleasant to work with. We’ve come to storage multiple times needing help and no one is even there or they are closed when they should be open without warning. Lia was phenomenal and was filling in from another location.

I went to the location to make payment and begin rental of a unit I reserved and no one was there. A sign in the window said they will return at 12:55. I waited until 1:45 and got tired of waiting so I left. I called and left messages but nobody ever returned my call. I decided to go with another storage that was more dependable and respectful to the customer. They should really hold this person accountable so that they don’t lose more business. Word spreads fast and all your left with are the customers who are equal to the service you provide. I will say that I met a manager from another location that was filling in when I first looked at the place and she was top notch! Too bad they can’t find more of her to work. I witness many people come and go that day at this location only to be disappointed that a sign was up that was an hour past the return time.

We rented a unit that was online and said first floor you should let customers know that first floor actually is the second floor and B is base level or basement level is actually the first floor but it said first floor I didn’t say we would have to get on the elevator. we also asked to attend it when we called so it’s a little misleading.
