They still have very bad bugs and the customer service sucks I wish I had went to a different storage facility they don’t do anything to help with the bugs or give u a discount i didn’t have bugs before i put my things in there the have mice as well in the basement

We recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ralph and Tasha at CubeSmart, and I must say, they were phenomenal! Both were extremely helpful, offering clear and transparent information that made the whole process a breeze. Their patience was truly commendable; they answered all our questions thoroughly and ensured we understood everything before moving forward. They even assisted us with the online sign-up process, which was a huge help. I highly recommend visiting them for any storage needs; their professionalism and dedication to customer service are top-notch!

Make sure you get your own locks staff has master keys to locks obtained by them they go in your storage unit take your items and re lock your storage. Then you can’t get in touch with corporate to complain I lost over 100,000$ worth of items and they trashed my storage if I could give a negative star I would they say u can’t access the building after 10pm but I witnessed people staying in the building while waiting for the police please find another storage company if you want your items.

Had a lock put on unit, error on their behalf of staff .There is no one on premises to take it off. Trash all around building and water in breezeways that smells like sewage. Good luck getting a call back to resolve any issues. Even the call center has no ability to resolve issues.

Horribly maintained location. They’re a lot of dodgy people that hang around the location and their trash area is usually a disaster. I stored with them for six months, and came back from outside the country with roaches in some of my stored items. They initially had mulitiple Dollie’s for moving furnishing. Upon returning they had none which wasn’t expected and made move out difficult. Consider another location if you can.

The location is very scary and dangerous. My unit is next to a person you lives in their unit. A person lives in their car on the premises. This is the worst decision I have made.

Nicest store manager you're ever going to meet but some things are out of his control one of those apparently is you're not going to get to use a cart on the weekend or in the evening. Expect to make three trips instead of one trip with a rolling cart.
