The facility is brand new which is why it's clean, I watched them build it from the ground up. But the operations are horrible. The manager is hardly there, the District Manager lied to me about my personal lock not being able to be used, I looked it up on the website rules and it is NOT a policy that we have to use a CubeSmart appointed lock. He also does not return calls when you have an issue. Stephanie doesn't help either, I asked to speak to him and she told me "Good Luck" as if she doesn't have a direct contact with him. They also are being EXTREMELY trivial about someone taking a dolly, so NOW they only have one available as if the rent we pay is not enough to but a fleet of dollies every week. You have to use it during the hours Stephanie is on site and she keeps it in the office so it's not readily available for anyone to use at will. I understand theft isn't fun, but loss is apart of every business and the backs of the patrons shouldn't be abused due to someone taking a dolly, especially if it wasn't a patron. The area isn't the greatest, but it's slowly building so anyone walking by could've gotten access while someone was moving in, caught the door and taken it. They have cameras and would be able to tell if it was a customer of CubeSmart.

Very cleeeeeean and neat thanks to Mrs. Patricia. Mrs. Patricia is very friendly and an asset to this company. Her customer service is unmatched. Great location. I feel comfortable storing my belongings here.

Storage person very rude left notes on my door not even printed but written o n notebook paper swept trash in front of my storage watched me every time I went. And when i made two mistakes kicked me out in a month instead of just talking to us about it

If you go to this place, make sure you want the storage because they will take your money and tell you you can’t get a refund the same day and you have not open up the locker or been in it at all

Renting my storage unit fromChuck McLain was an absolutepleasure. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable anda great communicator. My unit(and the entire building!) is spotless. The elevator is like being in a 5 star hotel… only cleaner.If you live on the east side of Atlanta you’d be foolish to go anywhere else! And the icing on the cake are the rates. I truly feel as though I am getting my money’s worth at Cube Smart!
