Their rates are reasonable, plus they are currently running a great promotion. The location is very convenient to our home. The freight elevator really makes moving your items easier. Sorry I didn’t catch the person name who helped us. But she was very helpful & informative. Thank you for your great customer service skills.

I received call eight months after renting my storage unit saying that my locker was not secured. I was told they do quarterly storage audits yet they never informed me that my storage was not "secure". I spoke with Shannon the manager and I must say that I have never been spoken to in such a rude, nasty manner. I don't understand why people choose to be negative and mean in life. Once I'm done with renting my storage unit I will NEVER rent with this company again.

Christina and Shannon at Cube Smart provided exemplary customer service during my recent visit to their facility. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and were extremely attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided me with detailed information about their storage units, pricing, and facility features.
Their knowledge about the company's offerings was impressive, and they were able to answer all of my questions with confidence. Christina and Shannon were patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They even offered me a tour of the facility to show me the different unit sizes available.
Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out to me. I left Cube Smart feeling confident in my decision to store my belongings with them, thanks to the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend Cube Smart and commend Christina and Shannon for their outstanding customer service.

I booked online two days ago. I received a message with a code for a combination lock but apparently no one has changed the lock out so that I can get into the space. Sunday the front office was closed and I have been back to the location twice on Monday and there is no one on site to assist. Not sure what is going on at the location???? There must not be a manager for this location ?????? So far not a good experience!!!!

Do not rent here!! Read the critical reviews. This place is unsafe and not secure. The 4 star rating is definitely bogus.

Terrible experience worst customer service no equipment to help you move. I was assigned the wrong unit and had to pay for the moving truck another day until I got a new storage. The employee that help me at the storage was not helpful. Use any other company but this one

Please beware my unit was broken into! Not sure how and I believe it was an inside job because my access log was deleted on April 3 and how would they know to target my unit? I had two pairs of men shoes in there brand new and they didn’t take those however they took every feminine article out of here and left a couple clothes! Every pair of shoe! I very handbag! Every perfume! My valuable jewelry! My birth certificate! Valuable items are gone. Please beware and do not rent here! They stole my whole life out of there.

Kaii is so sweet I have no complaints she is very helpful. But I moved in my unit on Friday March 1st and some pregnant lady with a CubeSmart shirt on ignored me when I was asking her a question. Two guys with bolt cutters tried to break in someone’s unit. I was trying to tell the pregnant lady but she kept ignoring me. I do not recommend this storage facility.

1. Facility was always filthy2. My 10x15 unit was on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn’t working for weeks3. Very low lighting in hallways and none in my unit until I asked for a bulb to be put in4. Price doubled after 4 months of renting
