Kaii is so sweet I have no complaints she is very helpful. But I moved in my unit on Friday March 1st and some pregnant lady with a CubeSmart shirt on ignored me when I was asking her a question. Two guys with bolt cutters tried to break in someone’s unit. I was trying to tell the pregnant lady but she kept ignoring me. I do not recommend this storage facility.

1. Facility was always filthy2. My 10x15 unit was on the 4th floor and the elevator wasn’t working for weeks3. Very low lighting in hallways and none in my unit until I asked for a bulb to be put in4. Price doubled after 4 months of renting

There are several issues I have experienced with the CubeSmart on Marietta Blvd in Atlanta:1. Both elevators were broken for weeks over the summer and you had to hump it up and down the stairs.2. The location has had several break-ins to the units.3. There is no surveillance inside the facility to detect theft or malfeasance.4. Customer support is never available to handle issues. I was directed to email the regional manager, whom I did not hear from regarding the issue.5. The price of the unit will go up on you if you have been there for a while. Not sure if that is normal, but it will happen to you here.Do yourself a favor. Stay away, chose another facility.

Initially I wasn't thrilled because the online move in system SmartRental did not honor the website's own move in price and there were no employees on site on a Saturday.However, the store manager Kai has been incredibly helpful and kind and a couple days later the district manager called me to fix the price and give me a credit. It was very much appreciated.

Renting at this CubeSmart is one of the worst decisions of my life. Please read the bad reviews as there’s no way this place has 4.5 stars as every renter I’ve spoken to has a story like mine.Several years ago, I made an online reservation for a unit but had to stop by 3 times during business hours before someone was in the office. I got access to my unit and moved in a few days later.While moving items in, I talked to several young guys helping a young woman move out of her unit. After I left, they broke into my unit by climbing on top & peeling back the wire fencing used as “ceilings”, and stole everything of value.That evening I was online and just happened to see items for sale that looked like mine. I raced back to my unit to find it broken into. I showed the seller’s profile pic to the 2 employees in the office and they verified she was an ex-employee who had just been fired. That’s when we figured out she was moving her items out at the same time I was moving my items in. Later, those employees weren’t so sure if it was her when the police asked for a statement.I called APD to file a report. The officer told me they respond to a lot of theft calls at this facility. Both customers who stopped by the office during this time had stories like mine. They said customers, employees & police all knew the ex-employee was breaking into the units but the owners let it go on a long time before firing her.The APD detective who followed up took my report seriously because the dollar amount was growing plus he could close a LOT of open theft cases if he could finally get enough evidence to arrest this woman. The last I heard, he was never able to arrest her.At the time I started renting, CubeSmart’s website and the manager made it sound like they had cameras throughout the facility. I later learned the devices the manager pointed to weren’t cameras, just motion detectors to trigger lights.The current employees are very nice but they’re in a bad situation. After all these years, the owner has done nothing. They haven’t installed security cameras, they haven’t fixed the access doors which won’t close all the way, they haven’t blocked outside access to the elevators and they never even bother to clean up the garbage in the parking lot. Plus they stopped providing carts since they're always stolen.Since anything I had of value was stolen, I continued to rent there for years, having just closed my unit. I regret giving them my money each month. I should have walked away after the break-in.To the owner who replies to reviews, stop playing dumb and just fix this place. There’s nothing in my review you haven’t heard for years!

Lack of available staff every time I came to terminate services on one unit. On the second unit staff lacked knowledge and executive staff lack progressive thinking. I was out of state and hired someone to move my things. I was sent the wrong document to have notarized..which was brought to my attention after I completed all the steps. The second document was not accepted by the notary. I suggested a curtesy identification at a CubeSmart near me which was declined by Executive Staff. Unacceptable!!!! I will never use CubeSmart again and I will advise anyone that ask or mention using CubeSmart to think again!!!

August 8, 2023 was the day I discovered my unit was broken into and I don’t have nothing worth keeping. They broke in through the roof and got away clean. They don’t have night security and to be in a rough area that is insane!!!! The district manager Debbie took her sweet calling me back and nothing hasn’t been resolved. I advise you not to deal with this place you have been warned !!!!!

This facility is beyond frustrating. Never anyone around and office is always closed. Trash everywhere - literally a landfill accumulated behind the building and the front dumpster is sitting halfway in the driveway because there’s so much trash built up. The elevators are *always* broken. We’ve been stuck in an elevator or locked in stairwells on multiple occasions. Had nearly 30 boxes we had to leave in the management office overnight until they finally got around to getting 1 of the elevators fixed…that was a lot of fun moving things twice. We had 3 price increases over the course of 14 months despite being long time customers. Oh, and I just got another notice of a price increase! It ain’t hard to run self storage, and it’s a very profitable industry. But this facility is seriously lacking (to put it nicely) and there are at least 5 others within a mile or two. The new manager (as of a few weeks ago) is very nice and responsive and the only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1.

Such a hassle handling anything account related because store managers are short staffed this year. I have had very little luck getting the help I need during business hours because it’s not often that anyone is working during the posted office hours. That means that I can’t get help over the phone or in person. Corporate customer service numbers have apologized numerous times because “office managers are the only ones who can help” with my concerns or inquiries.

My is Tameco Winkfield Ashley did her thing today I’ll give you a five star they gave me the runaround for two days yesterday we was at the cube smart last night, they said, a manager is supposed to be coming to let us in the unit he never showed up. That’s how I know he did not come because the same lock was still on there today when we went, so I ate one of the managers that they need to put my money back on my card she qsaid she will see poor customer service, one cube smart storage was open that’s the one Ashley worked at today. The rest of them was closed. Poor customer service. The one on Whitehall Street is good Ashley you need to be a manager. The rest of them need to be fired. Poor customer service. The restroom was filthy. no tissue no paper towel no soap trashcan full. We have been running around all day long. We had to keep the U-Haul truck another day because of the storage was not open that’s not my fault there is y’all fault that I had to keep the U-Haul truck another day my furniture was still on the truck that’s not right Ashley had to leave the other store to come where I will to let me in that’s not right that she don’t have a key to the store get it together Marietta Street
