Horrible customer service. Horrible pharmacy techs. Horrible attitudes. Would not refill my prescription even though I have 1 refill on file. I am PREGNANT and she would not release it to me. They are about to have a rude awakening from my doctors office and or myself.

Felix in the pharmacy quite possibly saved my mom from another stroke. After repeated attempts to get a refill for Eloquis, the doctor has failed to phone in the order. Felix was kind enough to offer an emergency refill at no charge for 6 doses to carry her over. I cannot thank him enough for his caring and compassion.

Bad Service, useless Service

Since late Oct 2022 the service at pharmacy pickup has declined significantly. Frequent this pharmacy often. Lately had taken no less than 20 minutes in line before able to even get service, whether in-store or drive-thru. Had to leave the line earlier today after more than 20 minutes waiting. Went back this evening and saw 5 cars in drive thru and 6 people in-store. Left again. It's getting ridiculous.

WOW. I just got off the phone with the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever spoken to. I wish I got his name because I have never been spoken to in that way by an employee before. I will NEVER do business with this location ever again

They are very understaffed. Waited for over 15 min in the drive through without seeing a pharmacist. Got a very frustrated guy with an attitude. Wish I could go someplace else!

Sat on pharmacy hold for an hour without a single word from the pharmacy and they still never answered so I decided to hang up. The repetitive voice and elevator music became to much!

This pharmacy does not practice \"do no harm\". My doctor submitted an emergency refill because I lost my medication. It was imperative that I get my refill because withdrawls had begun. They sent me a text saying it was too early to get the refill. I explained the situation and asked them to validate this with my doctor. I did not hear from them. When I called the pharmacy, they hung up on me twice and left me on hold so long the third call, I had to hang up. If you have a critical prescription, do not get it refilled at this location.
