Wow, what an incredible experience I had at this CVS. I have never felt so valued as Customer, The service was top notch, especially from Lawrence. He was so kind, So attentive, so patient. The store is clean, organized and always has what I need. This is my neighborhood go to.

Went to cvs in Sandrown crossing to get a few items and my extra care bucks didn't print or load to my account. Cashier and manger told me to call customer care number but could not or refuse to provide it. The number the cashier initially gave me was incorrect. They were extremely rude to me when I asked for assistance.

I have never in my adult life dealt with such poor customer service.
I asked when a medication is available to be refilled and I was laughed at by 2 employees.
Then I was asked to repeat the exact same question 2 more times.
Then the same 2 employees who were laughing asked me again when I last filled my prescription even though I had asked them that same information now 3 times.
I was finally given a day and the year of when my medication could be refilled.
Iām aware of that this year is 2025 and I didnāt appreciate this humorless slight the employee decided to add.
When I asked to speak to the pharmacist he did not ask me my concern but instead repeated the employees exact words. He looked unconcerned and incurious as to why I had a complaint. No empathy or concern was given.
I have never been treated as poorly as this situation in my life.

The pharmacy refused to help me today with a simple allergy medication purchase because the pharmacist was administering a vaccine. Instead of letting me be helped once she was done or giving me a time that she could ring me up, they sent me away.Keep in mind I was already waiting for 10 minutes. This is a Saturday morning in a busy complex. Itās absolutely ridiculous they could not handle this simple task. And this isnāt the first time this location has been unable to handle simple things; itās just the first time Iām posting a review because Iām tired of it. They might as well close this location down or get competent employees. Look at the concerning reviews, all the customers canāt just be lying or troublesome.

The pretty burgundy haired young lady working the morning of 8/12 customer service was exceptional! Greeted with a smile & everything, thatās rare to see these days. Keep that good spirit :)

Donāt come here for your passport photos. We just took ours here and the woman who actually took the photos for us was really sweet and helpful but the manager does not like his job and it shows.

This location made it very hard to fill my Tylenol 3 prescription. Ran out of medicine and never communicated the problem or tried to initiate prescription transfer. Hung up on me after calling several times. Appalling āserviceā.
