The store employees at the front office are great
The pharmacy sucks because I open late also they closed down for lunch now people that are on their lunch hour go there to pick up their medicine or to place their orders and they can't even do it because there's nobody there they're shut down for lunch for an hour
What the hell CVS???

Inconsiderate, cold, rude staff.
Patients are low on the totem pole in this pharmacy. Be ready to be ignored, until they are ready to approach you, watch personal conversations happen before they consider helping a patient. Getting a consult is a bother and after a wait, the pharmacist tells you to call your Dr.
The pharmacy appears disorganized. I have literally seen them check 4 places, including a bin overflowing with bags of meds, to find my pickup.

Sometimes there are long lines, but I feel like the employees both at the pharmacy and at the registers/ photo area all try to be positive and try to help you promptly. I appreciate that the pharmacy called me when they were worried about being out of network and causing me unnecessary charges. Everyone I've interacted with here has been really nice.

Great customer service in the CVS pharmacy at 680 Ponce de Leon today - a representative advised me how to obtain a manufacturer’s coupon that saved me over $100. She was awesome. I have also had fabulous service from some of the other representatives in t this pharmacy on several occasions.

Booted $75 for parking in a spot near the CVS, I was getting a hair cut at Great Clips. No visible signs in front of the spot to warn you. Entrapment.

Don't come here. These folk out here locking doors early and only letting TWO people in this big store at a time. Attitudes not withstanding( but also not great).

The person working at the front desk, I asked him to pay there so I could use the discount, he did not help me and helped the person after me, I hope the manager will control this unprofessional behavior.

I've been going to the Ponce location for at least ten years. I pass other locations to go there because I've always had a positive experience. I was assisted today by Karlee and she was very Rude, she acted as if I should have chosen to go somewhere else. Needless to say I was very offended. Please give Karlee additional training on how to treat customers and if she does not want to work let someone else have her job. When people come through the pharmacy line you never know what they are going through.
