I'm happy I saw this. I happened to be at the pharmacy yesterday same time when this incident happened and the previous commenter is LYING HER BUTT OFF. I heard him tell you that he can't give you the discount that you felt so entitled to. Rodney was very professional, the lady just wanted a discount she wasn't entitled to but was already getting $5 off! She clearly has no life and tries to embarrass people online.

Horrible experience today at CVS pharmacy with Rodney the pharmacist who refused to sell me allergy medicine because he didn’t want to scan his pharmacist/manager card. I experienced him belittling the staff members around them and telling them not to speak to him and to shut up. When the cashier rang me up and asked him a question about the price of the medicine. He didn’t even look her way and said dismissed her and my question. When asking him to review the information, he got annoyed and started to be offensive towards me, asked me why was I complaining about three dollar price difference, and refused service.

The whole pharmacy staff should be replaced. There has never been a time when anyone there has shown even an ounce of compassion. This also applies to phone calls as well. This type of attitude might be better suited for a prison but most definitely not when dealing with a vulnerable population in the West End. Do better!

This store has a number of issues. Theft is a big issue. They always have some sort of drama when I go in there regarding that or some other customer issues. This time I went to do a UPS drop-off and ended up having to come back for my package the next day because UPS wouldn't pick up my package. This was strange because I called UPS directly the night before, and they told me to take my package to this location. This situation was not totally CVS's fault because that falls on UPS. The store is just subpar in general, and that's why I gave it 3 stars. The pharmacy is actually good. Just use the drive-through.

Worse experience ever! I’ve been going to this CVS for over 15 years and never been treated as rude as I was today in the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager actually hung up on me on the phone when I went in to see them. Another young lady jumped in and started hollering about he didn’t hang up on me very rude loud unprofessional. She indicated I come there every Saturday and ask for prescriptions that they cannot locate on the first search. With a little persistence they end up finding the prescription. I would never go back to this location again. The manager Rodney was just as rude as the other woman who refused to give me name.

The worst pharmacy ever!!! The pharmacist, pharmacy tech, or associate (whoever he was) has a very nasty attitude. He hung up in my face! I wish I could give you all zero stars!!!
