The entire pharmacy team on Caroline St. in Atlanta were wonderful! They were very helpful in getting my 6-month supply of Rxs on such short notice as I travel out of the country. They dealt with me and my insurance company to make sure I received what I needed. Thank you. Well done!!!

Today I went into the CVS to pick up my medicine. When I tell you we laughed like no tomorrow the girls in there or just absolutely amazing to be in the community the way that they work with us and there was a new girl I made fun of her being new saying that I did not know her but guess what now I do. We are really one big happy family. Love you all. Keep up the good work.

With this location being very busy, you will need to anticipate the occasional wait when picking up your prescription. I never had a bad experience here. My orders are always filled swiftly and the pharmacists are always kind and friendly.

Prescription was quickly available shortly after the doctor's office placed the order. Pick up was fast and easy even though there were about people in line. Also, received a recorded call from CVS while I was leaving the parking lot at the doctor's office that the Prescription was ready for pick up. I thought the process was very efficient.

They make you feel like you're bothering them when you pick up your prescriptions. The person I spoke with is a male. He is very rude and impatient. They need customer service training at that location.

I have been filling prescriptions at this pharmacy for 6 years. Service has been consistently prompt, accurate, and professional. The flu and covid immunizations i received here were expertly administered.

I keep coming by and the place looks condemned today. Gate to parking garage is closed and a giant dumpster in front of it. I keep getting texts to come get my prescription but there's no way to do that if they have the gates down!!!Keep them. I'll report it and go elsewhere.

No bad experiences at this pharmacy, my husband and I have been coming here for years. Of course there are occasional instances where they may not have received a particular medication, but we always get it. The staff thus far has been professional and courteous so that helps. Also, it's so convenient closer to my home.

I arrived for vaccine appointment and was told there were 10 people ahead of me (even though I had an appointment). I waited about 10 minutes. The same person who had been being vaccinated when I arrived was in the chair the whole time. I heard him speaking to the Pharmacist, who mentioned the man had no appointment. The line was not reduced at all the entire time I was there.Also, the pharmacist was diagnosing and prescribing treatment for some condition the person he was vaccinating had. I’m not super comfortable going to a pharmacy where the pharmacist is comfortable committing felonies.
