When you need a helping hand, a friendly smile and reliable brands, this CVS is the Best. After 2 years of shopping at this location, I give it 5 Stars. And you can pick up Amazon packages too! Pharmacy, Food, everyday items and more. We are so fortunate to have CVS 1455 Moreland Avenue with it's great staff and parking, well it's a win, Win.

There are a few people who have been working here that are absolutely lovely. Been there for years. However, these new girls……rude, literally working in a job where sick people come for drugs to feel better…..but so what! Rude, rude, rude. Taking my business to a pharmacy that can look at ya for 3 seconds, and care ever so slightly.

I went into the store to purchase a birthday card and gift. While my teenage daughter was looking for the card for her friend I asked to use the restroom. I was told it was closed. I asked closed, not working or I just can't use it. The young man responded you just can't use it. I politely put down the gift card and birthday card and left. How dare they not let someone use the restroom. This is unacceptable and for such a huge corporation allow this, it makes me want to never shop with CVS again.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Moreland Ave. CVS store today due to the excellent customer service of Charles. He went above and beyond to assist me with my sunglass purchase. He was patient and considerate. Thank you for your help. You made my day better.

Painfully understaffed, but that seems to be true of every CVS nowadays. The store is often in disarray, garbage cans overflowing, and prescriptions take forever to pick up because there are so few employees.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years but this place has deteriorated. Pathetic service and the person in the pharamacy Jackie was extremely rude throughout for no reason! I will change my pharmacy for sure, and not go back to CVS!

For the most part the store was as expected however when you have to get something out of a lock container that a key holder has the key to it you don't typically expect them to tell you that it's not their problem in a Rude unwarranted matter very unprofessional or the fact that this place has only one shopping cart people have disabilities elderly people want to buy things but how can they if there's no carts?

The pharmacy clerk was one of the rudest I’ve had in a very long time. The insurance information on my order was not correct. It said “Phoenix”, which was not my insurance plan. I offered her three other options (two insurance plans and one rx code) to run and she refused to take them because she said it would take too long. I knew this wasn’t true, as I’ve had it done in mere moments before, but she still refused. I ended up just giving her the first one, which is what should have been on in the first place.
Turns out it was the correct insurance all along. She was just reading the city of the company, not my plan name…
At any rate, I changed my pharmacy to the CVS at Target down the street. I worked at Best Buy all through college and would never even have the thought crossed my mind to the amount of snickering, tone, and rudeness she gave. I don’t know why customer service is falling in recent years, but someone isn’t training people right.

The lady at the front register went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I got to use my CVS rewards. It saved me $13 off my purchase, and the self check out went out when I was using it and she helped me figure it out and then just checked me out to make sure it went thru. Super sweet! Wish I got her name! ❤️ Greeted at the door, asked what I was there for/if I needed help finding something, I did! She told me right where to go, ithis will be the CVS I go to instead of the Decatur Downtown location or the AWFUL NORTH HIGHLAND location. Which needs to be closed down and everyone there needs to fired! Not moved to another store! HORRIBLE!
