I have my prescriptions here because it's near home, however I always dread picking them up. Pharmacy hours are limited and there's always a long line no matter what time I go. I guess I got spoiled by the delivery service during Covid.

I've been to this location a few times and always wonder "Why don't I move my prescriptions from the N. Decatur location here?" I like this area I feel like a college student again when I'm in the Emery Village area. This is a well-worn location but it still has something that other locations do not have "customer service" employees who don't mind saying "hello", and "Do you need some help?" beyond that if you have been to one CVS you know what you're in for, as Daniel B mentioned there is free parking but be mindful parking spaces can be tight. Take note when you pay for your goods and get a receipt that's a mile long. Sometimes you get a 40-50% coupon in there that can save you on your next trip.

This is the worst CVS. The management defends their staff who will not help you searching for a product! That have an entitled attitude. I always now go the the cvs on N Highland Ave where they are kind and eager to help.

I left 2 prescription to be filled with a pharmacy technician. She said it would be a hour and that she would text me. I never got a text on that day. The next day I called after noon to get the prescription. The lead text told me in a rude manner to get a new prescription from the provider. I asked what happened to the paper copies that I left with you. She told me rudely that she didn't know! I asked for the pharmacist and she hung up. After calling back, the pharmacist answered, apologize and told me they had recovered the prescription. If this is representation of "CVS", I will never use them again. They have always been slow, but the rudeness I can do without. Location Mt. Vernon road.

CVS Pharmacy has all the medicines you need, for seniors, adults, children and even infants and they have varieties of makeup products, cleaning products, toys, etc. in all their locations. Visit them when you are near a CVS Pharmacy.

Parking is tight. The poor employees were overwhelmed when I was there, but eventually got to help everyone. Took some time to get my photos, but that's what happens when you're short staffed. Fix the parking, hire a few more people to full out your daytime shifts, and this could be a nice cvs. Fine in a pinch though.

First let me say the cashiers in the front of the store are always very nice and helpful. There are some nice people in the pharmacy and many times they have more staff than it looks like they should. But the pharmacy is so disorganized it takes over an hour to pick up prescriptions ordered days prior. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs.I ordered an item 3 days ago online and went to pick it up today but it was not ready. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I went up to the cashier and she said again it would be ready in 20 minutes. The item is an electronic device in a sealed box. No pill counting, no special permissions. Just print out the order, put it in the box, put it in the bag. that's it. I left without it. maybe I'll go back tomorrow.

As someone who worked for two years as a medical dispatcher for patient services nationwide during the pandemic, I completely understand taking high-stakes, high-volume calls all day can be exhausting. That being said, I have called this pharmacy 5-6 times over the course of two days during different times of the day to get some prescriptions transferred. I have been out of my medication for two days (my fault for bad planning I suppose), and I have been put on terminal hold for 15+ minutes on each call and then hung up on. I understand having a bad day, but every call everyday is a bit much.

An appointment for a vaccine doesn't mean anything here. No directions. Checked in by phone. Told me to go to pharmacy. Pharmacy to me to go to line 6 and they would call me. As in wait behind a bunch of people for 45 minutes and then they call me when I am next.

Friendly, clean, helpful. I drive from my area to this location because of the great service and availability of merchandise. Staff is always courteous, helpful and professional.

Went in to get my flu shot and they refused since they were closing in 5 minutes. Terrible customer service.
