It was a very unsuccessful shopping trip. It was very annoying. He put his hands in his trouser pockets and looked sleepy and lazy. When you talked to him, his eyelids barely twitched, as if he didn't want to pay attention to you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They’re always understaffed and if you have any questions or try to get any help you will be treated like a nuisance. I tried to ask the pharmacy about a savings card with my prescription multiple times and was treated like I was stupid. They refused to use the card or explain why it wasn’t going through in their system. This pharmacy is always a painful experience. They treat customers so poorly

Sale prices on shelf are not correct and twice cashiers said they could care less but gave me a refund.

This is my local CVS, and I’ve been coming here for my prescriptions (all eight of them - I’m a Type 1 diabetic!) for the past ten years. Whenever Tami or Zenobia has been behind the pharmacy counter, I’ve always received great, kind, and efficient service. Yesterday, I needed my insulin prescription filled, and Tami helped me right away. Zenobia said hello, and remembered my name. I’m really grateful that they’re in the neighborhood.

Emory had me pick up meds to increase my mother's potassium and when I arrived the pharmacist was rude and nasty! This whole staff needs to be schooled in how to treat people who are scared and could be reacting to things that include someone's life. Tacky is not a strong enough word to describe the male pharmacist that worked on March 18th 2025! May God forgive you for the way you speak to people, especially the elderly man with no insurance. You need to rethink your job and maybe take up dog fighting or something more fitting to your personality!

Stay away from this understaffed location. I had a prescription called in the afternoon before, came to the store around 9:30am. One person with the personality of a wall was managing everyone. We had a line of 6 people, 2 drop off prescriptions , a person needing a vaccine and three of us picking up. I waited for 35 mins before getting to the front of the line. THe RX was not ready, just if you wait 20 mins i can get it done. I said no thanks I already waited over 30 mins, i'll go somewhere where the patients and customers are respected. I get it not all the only pharmacist fault, but CVS for only staffing with one person doing everything. No wonder CVS is losing money

I do not know what their problem is but this place is (dangerously) the most inefficiently run pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Often times, the staff contradict each other, they are clueless, and can be rude. If you have an autofill, forget about getting your drug. The computer system and the staff are literally in parallel universes.

if you can’t fix the self checkout machines to recognize when a coupon has been deposited into the slot, then at the very least train your employees how to open the machine and manually enter the coupon! it reflects poorly onto corporate training for your young employees to be saying they don’t know how to do this, and unfairly leaves them faced with customer frustrations.

The pharmacy hours are inconvenient and the staff is always slow and aloof. I have been moving all of my scripts to Publix.

The. CVS policy of closing the pharmacy for a lunch break is a major inconvenience. Lunchtime is exactly the time of day that is most convenient for me to run to CVS to pick up a prescription. You are not a mom & pop store. You’re a major national corporation. People expect major convenience from such businesses. You can afford to keep a skeleton crew of at least one person on duty during lunchtime just to handle pickups, at the very least. I will pursue changing my pharmacy to a store that cares more about meeting the needs of customers.

Very competent pharmacists and staff, they work very hard yet regretfully they are understaffed

Ok location. They have gone exclusively to self checkout, unfortunately. We should get a discount for doing their jobs for them.It always takes longer and many price codes appear incorrect requiring assistance.Suggestion: Keep at least one cashier up front. And discount for self check out.

I have my prescriptions here because it's near home, however I always dread picking them up. Pharmacy hours are limited and there's always a long line no matter what time I go. I guess I got spoiled by the delivery service during Covid.

Unorganized. No communication. I will not be going back. Impossible to get a Covid shot even with an appointment. . Should be so simple.
