Everyone here is so nice! Before there was generic Vyvanse available, one of them told me about the manufacturer's coupon for the name brand that reduced the cost by over half!
Pickup is always a pleasant experience. Having worked in the service industry, it's amazing to me how friendly and positive they all are even though they're clearly understaffed and have to work really hard.

We went for the flu vaccine and the insurance company was not accepting. The person at the pharmacy spent additional time to get it processed. I believe they went above & beyond to help us.

Worst pharmacy I’ve used. Always delayed in prescriptions. My son’s antibiotics would have taken 2 days if I hadn’t contacted them. You would think they would let us know if there was a delay, especially for a 3 year old or anyone who needs a time sensitive medicine. We’ve complained to headquarters in the past but nothing was done. I am so disappointed especially since this is so close to us.

Rupal is wonderful. When she sees me she will already have my prescription on the counter. Yes they are understaffed but so is every other retail store. As long as my insurance is still covered at CVS I will continue to use this store.

The CVS experience in the North Atlanta area is horrible. You are over working your pharmacist. You need to hire and PAY COMPETITIVE WAGES to get about 3 times the techs assigned to handle the volume being asked. If you're going to continue to ask each pharmacy to also give flu and covid shots then staff an ADDITIONAL nurse or MA to complete this task solely. Raise prices please! or cut dividend/c-suite bonuses and start staffing your pharmacies with the needed technical staff and pay them for the demanding job that they complete.
