The store staff is friendly. Even the pharmacy techs are nice. It's the actual pharmacist that's rude and unprofessional. She won't go over the medicine with you and doesn't offer the measuring tools to go along with the medicine. She will straight up ignore you when you are standing in line when the techs are busy. 2nd time this has happened i will be moving my pharmacy across the street

I keep coming back here because it’s the closest pharmacy to my house but I will officially be changing pharmacies after today. I waited for over 40 mins just to pick up a prescription and it’s this way every single time I come. Need more staff in the pharmacy no one has time to wait this long for an automatic refill medication.

I am deeply disappointed by the blatant racism I experienced from the Hispanic manager at CVS. Her behavior was discriminatory and unprofessional, leaving me shocked that CVS would allow someone with such prejudice to represent their company. I urge CVS to address this issue promptly, as every customer deserves respect and fairness.

If you need a prescription same day you should send it somewhere else. I have to ask my doctor to send mine somewhere else if I need it same day because it is never ready. I understand not getting it in a few hours but an entire day is pretty crazy.

The staff’s unbelievable. They’ve followed me around this store EVERY time I’ve visited in the last month as if I’m some sort of thieving criminal. I’ve lived in this area for going on a year now for Christ sake and come here often because it’s convenient/within walking distance to my home. The first couple of times I didn’t say anything but I visited again today and the same thing happened with the SAME staff members from the previous visits; where one staff member walks in the back to go grab another employee. And that second employee grabs some items to pretend to stock shelves in the same aisle you’re in. When you move to another aisle, so does she. Not a coincidence, at all. It’s SUPER obvious & not as discreet as you all think. My shopping experience has become increasingly uncomfortable with each visit. Including unprofessional & annoying “small talk” from one of the male greeters on other occasions. You guys need to re/train on professionalism & loss prevention etiquette IMMEDIATELY. Or just fire everyone & start over. This is unacceptable and aggravating. It’s sickening because these are minority men & women doing this to other minorities. I doubt they even live in this area. I will be escalating this matter to corporate.

Customer service needs some improvement; manager needs some customer training.
There has been a multiple moments at this location, but today I came in to grab some formula for my newborn and this store has them locked up, so I had to ask for assistance and when I did the clerk barely looked up from her phone and asked me to wait. I told her I would meet her back at the formula since I had other things to grab. She ended up walking with me and eventually had to ask her manager to assist. Teah, the manager, seemed overly stressed/caffeinated and told me to go back up front. Now I'm annoyed and frustrated at the way I'm being spoken to and how difficult this quick errand has turned out to be. I let Teah know that I needed to leave and asked her to help me with that and she responded with "gladly". My conversation with the manager today is why I'm leaving this review. I feel all managers, especially those in customer service, should be communicating gracefully and respectfully to all.

Pharmacy: Heather is a top notch pharmacist! ? The staff is always great here too, just a wonderful crew altogether with not only personal interactions but also watching them interact with other patients of all ages as well.
Store: This CVS is more expensive than others alike the 6330 Roswell Rd location but every now and then you can score some great clearance deals. Staff usually always friendly and helpful and last but not least the security gentleman always makes me smile and laugh! ?

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to . On the 19th of September 2023 I went to purchase some beauty items for my 12 year old twin girls . Upon checking out the the manager was very brisk and abrupt with us no smile almost like she was a military sergeant . When we got to the car we could not find one of the lip balms and I went back in to see if it dropped or something . When I told the manger her name was Tia she told me….and I am not kidding “ I can swear on my children’s life I put the lip balms in the bag . She followed us to the car while I started looking in the trunk of the car while she stood over us like a we were at a traffic stop or we were going to be arrested or something . One of my daughters found it near the car obviously it had dropped . The point of all this was the intensity of her behaviour and mind you the cost of the lip balm was $5.00 each . Another person would have said get another but she was not having it . My daughters were traumatised that every time we pass the CVS going to their school I would suggest going in there to pick something up they would tell me no way after we were treated so badly by the manager. I filed a complaint Oct 3rd and was told Ms Audrey would get back to me …. Nothing … crickets ….
Another call Oct 24th I was then given an incident number S9632206
Another call Dec 4th and this time spoke to Amy who gave me a new case number and said the case would be escalated . Oh forgot to mention I spent $78.22 on that day .
Anyway guess how this was escalated Madam Tia called me pretending to be the district manager on Dec 5th and when i asked why she would be the one calling me when she was the reason I filed the complaint she literally told me …. “What do you want “. I am no Karen and would not want anyone to lose their job but Tia had no interpersonal skills and should not be dealing with customers and should be a drill sergeant . She is obviously a very unhappy person and while all this is happening A number of CVS stores are closing and Pharmacy chains have struggled to boost profits in recent years, squeezed by drug pricing and lower foot traffic. This whole situation has been so traumatising to me and my daughters . If you really have to go to this CVS look for another CVS further down the road or go to a Walgreens .

0/10 location. Had an encounter with Teah the "store manager". Incredibly rude, disrespectful and a sad excuse of a manager. She needs to be retrained or better yet, released from the company. Will be reporting her to corporate.
