Called about an order I placed around 5 pm. Called the store at 9:15 pm because I was given an estimate that my order would be ready at 8. Some guy put me on hold and never came back to the phone. It’s already ridiculous that I had to spend 80 dollars for their over priced items but then to tell someone to hold have conversations in the background laughing and never come back to the phone with an update is just bad customer service…. Still holding???

Stopped by CVS Thurs, May 22nd, 2025 and my initial encounter with the 1st Manager was not great; he was unwilling to assist/help in anyway; stated the PHOTO Equipment didn't work; HOWEVER UPON MEETING JASMINE & MGR FUQUAN, which was a breath of fresh air; they were VERY COURTEOUS AND PERSISTENT; ENSURING MY PHOTOS PRINTED; Even though MGR FUQUAN HAD JUST GOTTEN OFF WORK BUT STAYED TO ENSURE THE EQUIPMENT WAS WORKING AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THANKS SO MUCH JASMINE AND FUQUAN

Incompetent pharmacy staff. My doctor has called in the same prescription for me multiple times and every time they go there they say they didn’t get it and then I have to either wait there for over an hour or leave and call my doctor and go through this all over again. Choose a different CVS…this one does not prioritize customer health and wellness and they are not apologetic for it either: they could care less.

Disastrous, dusty shelves with knocked-over products, and things not organized where the shelf labels say they should be. Couldn’t find anything I needed so just ended up leaving empty-handed.

I must commend CVS for updating their phone automated voice System, unlike the one. In the past, it sounds more user friendly, and the caller now does not have to choose a number of buttons before receiving a response while listening to loud music. I truly appreciate the update, way to go CVS!

DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS FOR ANYTHING!!!! Go to the one at 3637 Peachtree Road.
Every time I come here they are complaining about being understaffed, they dont know what happened yesterday they weren't there, not their fault etc etc.
All we want as customers is our problem solved, not excuses about everyone working there, not to be talked over while we're trying to explain whats happening or told " you don't need that right now its not a narcotic"....they have no idea what or why the meds we need are important.
Doctors call in presctiponsa nd they only fill one of the multiple called in, takes 24hrs to get anything filled. They will cancel a prescription but youre not notified that they're not carrying the medicine.
This place is an absolute nightmare. This place needs to close or they need to overhaul the staff.

Cashier doesn't work. I HAD to do self checkout. I got (2) 4 packs of celcius energy drinks and a BAI water. The water rang up for $9.99 and I was told they can't sell that to me and she doesn't know how much it cost because it's a difficult process to go check the price I guess

This is one of the unprofessional, unwelcoming thing I've witnessed. I sprained my foot decided to go here since it was close by, the manager is so unprofessional walking around following me while she's on the phone with a very aggressive loudly conversation that I did not want to hear about. I don't care if your family don't want to travel to Miami or if UPS packs the items up for you I move to the front of the store and again her loud aggressive conversation right there I am so glad it was a much nicer location up the street. For her to act and carry her self the way she does she's the last one that should be allowed to think someone is stealing or something. Yuck she was disgusting talking with that loud nasty conversation.....that store should he embarrassed.

Doctor sent script at 6:30, I received a text from CVS at 6:46 saying my script is being filled and to bring insurance cards. I get there at 6:55 and they refused to fill my script saying it would take too long they close at 7. Resulting in me going to the ER that night so that I can get treatment because it was an emergency and I couldn't wait until the next day. I understand people want to go home but a few extra minutes for an emergency situation would not have killed the staff member and their supervisor. Very distasteful. I mean honestly how long does it take to throw some pills in a bottle and slap the label on? Very self centered and uncaring, don't work in the health care field if you don't have any empathy towards what others are going through.
