I wanted to give a shout out to Alicia at the pharmacy. My prescriptions were over $500. She took the initiative to run a coupon and saved me $400! Alex has also been quite helpful. This is a very busy pharmacy. They do a great job under pressure. Thank you!

The people at this pharmacy are disorganised rude, uncaring and racist. And look unkempt. I have been going there for years and have had the same insurance. Last week they told me my insurance wasn’t working and advised me to call my insurance company. I left but since it was a weekend and I needed my medication I decided to come back the next day and pay cash but lo and behold, this time the medication was covered by my insurance. I had done nothing between the time they told me my insurance was invalid and the next day when it was covered. I then returned a few days later to get a flu shot which I have been getting there every year. They told me it would cost $240 for a flu shot and a Covid shot since I have no insurance. There was a white lady who had an appointment after mine who they served first. I believe that there is a racist element to this pharmacy as they are very polite and respectful to their white clients. It’s a shame that they get away with this behaviour. In looking at the reviews I am not the first person of colour who has been treated this way

This CVS carries some more mid range luxury brands that you won’t find at other CVS’s. The area in which it’s located is a very affluent area.

Been a dedicated customer for many years. Stopped by to pick up a few items and they refused to honor there sale prices. Even walked backed to the sign and they wanted to charge me 21 dollars more than posted. Decided to drive to the Moore's mill store and they honor the price.

I scheduled a flu vaccine appointment but wanted both flu and Covid vaccine. Unfortunately the system to schedule did not offer the Covid option. However when I arrived at my appointment, the Sally graciously offered to provide the Covid vaccine to save me time. She was efficient despite having a long line and I’m grateful she took the time to assist me. She could have easily told me to come back another day but didn’t and for that I’m grateful and love CVS.

Different employees every time I visit who know very little about the store! Employees look unkept in dirty looking clothes & hair. Many shelves are empty! Very depressing atmosphere! Photo lab working very sporadically.

Earlier today December 20th around 3:40pm, I was discriminated against due to my age and race. Twenty minutes prior I was at the doctor's office who recommended an eye cream to help with me recovering from eye surgery so I decided to stop by CVS to purchase the recommended eye cream. When I arrived, I preceded to the pharmacy department for someone to help direct me in finding the item so I got in the line where there was one older white man and then me. I patiently waited until the pharmacy tech name Nicole acknowledged me and informed me that she will be with me in a moment. Shortly thereafter she preceded to exit the pharmacy to assist me in finding the eye cream but an older white lady decided to cut the line (2 people in front of her) and proceeded to ask Nicole a question. In which Nicole declined to help me and assist the older white lady instead. I exited the line and informed Nicole that there is a line and that I was the next person who is supposed to be helped before the older white lady. And she proceeded to informed me that she helped her because she older and white. Discrimination is a FEDERAL LAW and I was unaware that CVS employees services customers base on age and race. I did call in speak with Mohammed the store manager and explain the situation but I believe Nicole needs to be disciplined and retained. I will be filing additional complaints and speaking with an attorney once everyone returns from the holidays. Discrimination should NOT be tolerated and no employee should be awarding a customer for their bad behavior.

I'm giving this Pharmacy one star. On July 12, 2023, I ran out of an important eye drop medication that reduces my pressure. I had submitted a prescription refill a day or so earlier in the week because I was leaving town on the morning of July 13th. When I went in person to see if it was ready, I was asked to come back that day in thirty minutes. Twice two separate associates in the pharmacy gave me misinformation about when I could get the refill. The second associate left a voicemail saying I could get it the next evening. This wasn't going to work. To make a long story short the male pharmacist called me to inform me that I couldn't get the medication at all because it was discontinued. The line was silent then he said that he saw a medication with two of the same ingredients in my medication. I said "Okayyy..," I am not sure what he expected me to do with that information. I am not a doctor. When I went back to my Dr. to verify, they didn't know what he was talking about regarding the discontinuation. I was offered by one of the associates a phone call to my doctor's office to find an alternative. When I asked to confirm that they CVS would call, The pharmacist sternly (he seemed annoyed) asked "you want ME to call?" "Well, I don't have time to call" he barked at me. I said I'll call if that's the issue. Let me tell you I have never been more offended by a pharmacist in my life. He lacked patience, professionalism and courtesy. I am changing my location even though it is five minutes from my home. So much for customer service. I never lost my temper nor raised my voice even though I wanted to. If you can't handle the job anymore get out of the business.
