The pharmacy technician was rude and had horrible customer service. She had the audacity to act annoyed that there was someone there to pick up their prescription as if that’s not what she’s there to assist with. Her facial expressions, her tone of voice and delivery was a 2/10. You not wanting to be at work, or whatever personal reason your attitude is horrible has nothing to do with the customers. Do better.

Dee at the N. Druid Hills location in Atlanta, GA was so very helpful and genuine with every customer in a busy store tonight. The professionalism and customer service she provided is rare. I am totally satisfied with the service I get at CVS, in Bronxville, New York and/or in Brookhaven, Atlanta. I am able to find the products I need. Getting a passport photo takes less than 10 minutes. I get all my vaccinations without any problems, I am able to track them on my app. The stores are always clean, and there is always an associate to help if I need it. I love having Extra care rewards, I get all kinds of discounts. I am motivated to shop at and recommend CVS to everyone because of all the above reasons.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. I Cleaned it so I could use, definitely was neglected for days. Had to go ask for toilet paper. Sink was disgusting. Only took 2 pictures but toilet paper rolls everywhere, trash full, and just gross.

Pretending the restroom is out of order to a paying customer who is about to purchase over $100 worth of supplies, is just bad business. Customer service in retail environments is still important. Lying to your customers is foolish.

Went here on a crunch to get my passport photo done. Walked in had the photo taken and printed in less than 5 minutes! Also a plus that it is right across the street from the passport office!

Poorest customer service ever from the Pharmacy to the Hallmark Card worker. The Pharmacy technician seemed super busy processing prescriptions and I have the emotional intelligence to acknowledge that. It wasn't the fact she was busy it was her tone and body language when I ask could I add ibuprofen to my purchase for one transaction. Meanwhile other shoppers were asking for management. This location is always In disarray with no front end staff. Poor customer service. Avoid the stress shop somewhere else. I was a faithful CVS shopper my entire life in the Carolinas.
