For those OTC medicines that they keep behind the counter and you can only get from the pharmacy, it’s beyond silly that you can’t pick those up in the drive thru. You have to wait in the pharmacy line either way and buy at the pharmacy counter, so can’t imagine why it matters which line you wait in. I’m super sick with whatever virus is going around right now and picking up one medicine that was prescribed and one that is OTC but kept locked up. I went to the drive thru and got the prescribed medication but they made me come into the store to get the other med. I waited in line twice and then was helped by the same person in store as at the drive thru window. Very pointless interaction that made it so I had to go into a public space and be around more people while sick :( The staff was polite/nice about it though, so I guess it was a painful but polite experience.

I had no problems at all, I was looking for Folic Acid and was led right to it, and got it at a very good price by 1 get 1 free

If you're patient. The pharmacy isn't that bad. The bad reviews are quite a bit old. If you go between 5 and 6:30 pm on weekdays, you're fxcked. Grab your popcorn.

Very prejudice black store attendant I'm teaching my grand daughter how to shop for the things she like and spend her own money independently and how to ask for the location of saps items.... this being tells her she to young to be in the store... ma'am fix your wig ists sliding backwards and have several seats now we not buying NOTHING OR OF THIS HERE CVS

Pharmacy
I started to doubt their ability while in line watching every single person in front of me walk away without their prescriptions. Then they told me they don't accept Blue Cross which I know is not the case. They then made me wait 20 minutes while they looked for my prescriptions. I ended up getting 1 of the 3 prescriptions because they were out of stock of the other 2. Also the place was dirty and smelled bad. Switched pharmacies. Awful.

I want to stand up LOUD & PROUD when I say this is the most trash CVS I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s close to my home but they literally never have what I need even to prescriptions. I got my dr to send my prescription there since it’s close and they were out of stock telling me to get it somewhere else. A pharmacy that’s out of stock? Why are you guys even open? I try to add $$ to my cash app or PayPal and there system is down… BOLTON RD CVS IS THE CRACKHOUSE OF ALL CVS STORES IN ATLANTA

The Chinese lady in the pharmacy was very disrespectful to me and my daughter she act like she was racist because she showed good customer service to somebody else and then disrespected me and my daughter I would like to see her not working there no more I will not be your team in CVS no more I will be going to Walgreens for now on

This is likely the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve been to. The pharmacist has never said a word to me. And today, when I asked if the pharmacist could look up another CVS that might have my prescription (for *benzocaine*), she refused. She claimed the pharmacy was a compound and she couldn’t tell which pharmacies would have Benadryl (almost certainly all of them).

2nd time I’ve come here to use the photo service and haven’t been able to. 1st time they couldn’t do passport photos. This time, I went through the entire process to print a 5x7 photo only to be told by an associate at the end that the machine doesn’t work. Most frustrating part is he watched me start the process….so inconsiderate and a waste of time

Atlanta, Georgia 30327 I love shopping at this CVS because it has everything I need or am looking for. The Pharmacy is Top Notch! They Care. The Team is always on their toes looking to help customers & patients out. It is not large but the Team works hard for the customers.
