I just had a completely horrible experience. Rude old lady at the front pocket checking and stalking every little item I scanned. Just because I’m Hispanic does not mean I am stealing and I do not like to made to feel as if I’m stealing. CVS employees should not be up there looking at every little item being scanned. What if I were buying something private and didn’t want my business out there. The point of self checkout is to uphold privacy! If I wanted an employee to ring me up, then open the registers!

This is go-to CVS. From the Pharmacy to the Minute Clinic to the superior customer service at the front of the store. I moved all my scripts here and get all my shots here. Highly Recommend.

Went in for a tb test Wednesday. Was supposed to come back today for the reading. Wasn’t until later that I realized that the provider at the MinuteClinic. Gave me an appointment confirmation paper with someone else’s information (name and address) on it.

One of the worst MinuteClinic experiences we’ve ever had.
We added our child to the standby list at 4:45 PM and received a confirmation text at 4:49 PM. After checking in, the nurse practitioner on duty, Christina (a floating NP), told us around 5:10 PM that she would be “right with us.” However, after finishing with her previous patient, she called in another patient who appeared to be a no-show.
We politely explained that we had been waiting based on her word and the confirmation we received, and that the other patient hadn’t shown up. She seemed confused by the situation, made no effort to clarify or help, and ultimately refused to see our child—offering no real explanation aside from saying she was overbooked and too busy.
Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to help were extremely frustrating. We waited 45 minutes, only to be denied care for our 4-year-old. If a provider is too overwhelmed to assess a young child—especially when there’s a no-show appointment and we’re on standby—that’s a serious problem.
This experience was unacceptable. We won’t be returning to this location.

I live in Vinings so this is my favorite CVS. It is always clean and well stocked but the best part is the friendly and helpful staff. Be sure and look for Olivia who will quickly help you if you need help locating an object or trying to check yourself out!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. You can never get through to the pharmacy and when you do, they’re absolutely rude. I have to go to a different pharmacy outside my location, anytime I need to fill a prescription due to lack of customer service at the Vinings Jubilee location. Just pathetic!

By far the worst experience Ive ever had with a pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, Marielle Landing was extremely rude and unprofessional. Complete violation of HIPPA confidentiality. Worst part, she berated me in front of her whole staff and waiting customers, setting a really low bar for customer confidence. She is on a tyrannical power trip and it’s mind boggling that this is allowed.

Waiting to have a refill checked at the counter but employee opening mail and getting paperwork ready for pickup I finally said I would come back if the mail was more important to her reply it was a Russo order. Funny, I didn’t see anyone waiting for that special order. Now here for 10 minutes as she can’t find my order. Going to Costco next time.

Don’t let all the negative reviews scare you off. I went to the Minute Clinic for a strep and Covid test. The NP and her nurse were absolutely lovely. They were thorough and informative. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they were even able to help me out with decreasing my out of pocket cost. I’d come back to see them anytime.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending--at an almost mind-boggling level. She called me this morning and proceeded to finish a random conversation with someone else for the first 30 seconds of the call before even acknowledging that she - in fact - called me. She also never gave a name but only mentioned CVS and was adamant I confirm my identity. This normally wouldn't be abnormal, but given her tone and overall communication up to that point, you could tell she operates disrespectfully in general. The prescription was for an antibiotic, and she made it unbelievably difficult - with multiple follow-up calls. She later questioned my provider's address which took me a while to realize because it's so absurd...OVER AN ANTIBIOTIC. She's an absolute wretch on a power trip and behaves in a horribly unprofessional manner. I'm sure she's gotten used to not giving her name since she seems to have a high propensity towards altercations. I can only imagine the toxic work environment she probably fuels for her coworkers.

Customer Service at this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. Received expired medication today. When I called to express my concern, the staff was relatively condescending about it. They told me that the medication was good for another year beyond the expiration date (I checked the manufacturer's website and it wasn't). When I offered feedback to avoid the situation in the future, she was annoyed. I will move my family's prescriptions elsewhere.
