The store is always well organized, it's always clean, all items are always easy to find and the employees go out of their way to make sure your finding everything you need and are always greeting me when I come in and saying goodbye when I leave. This store is amazing

Joshua is the best! Went in at night for a passport photo. Was quick, he was so nice, friendly and polite, helpful, was in and out! Greeted customers. Couldn’t be better. This location can have some questionable customers, and he holds it down well. Grateful for Joshua!

I had checked the CVS website to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. The website indicated that the CVS on Cheshire Bridge Road had it, but I wasn't able to find the item when I arrived in the store. I went to the cashier who connected me with her store manager and he immediately found the item for me. All of the employees at this store were pleasant and helpful.

Pharmacy is excellent. Prescriptions filled quickly, and all steps taken to assist customers- calling insurance company., doctors, and returning my voice mail.
The Staff at the Front of the Store are consistently helpful and pleasant.

Came in around 3:30am on Feb 3 & the lady working was rude af. First off I didn’t even know she was working because of the way she was dressed & she & some other lady were hovering around the self checkout with items on the screen so I thought they were just weird customers taking a long time. So I got in line behind them & she yells “EXCUSE ME” while walking over the counter. Name said Tia on the receipt. That lady needs to get it together & go to anger management.
Normally I have a good experience here during the day so I gave it 4 stars but she needs to go.

Joshua, I don’t see why CVS doesn’t have you in a better jacket but maybe you don’t need it. You’re a superhero in the store and I don’t see how you do it like that but you’re great at it. I can tell how to crowd praises you and we look forward to walking the store . Doing a good job it’s

Bathroom “out of order” but saw employees go to use it. Yelled at by management when I was trying to look at a product and employee thought I was trying to steal.

This CVS location is a staple in the neighborhood, reliably serving the community for years. While the service has improved over time, there are still areas that could use some attention. As of 2024, the pharmacy experience has seen notable enhancements, particularly with the presence of one exceptional African American female technician. Her knowledge, helpfulness, and kindness set a high standard for customer service. The pharmacy has gotten much better with honoring prescription time commitments. Overall, while there's still work to be done, this CVS remains a valued resource for the neighborhood, with dedicated staff making strides towards better service.

Had an emergency this morning after forgetting seizure prevention meds at home and traveling to Atlanta. All pharmacies closed by the time I realized it, so dr called emergency refill into this location, not realizing pharmacy was not open 24 hours. 16 hours over due for my RX, I showed up very anxious to this pharmacy upon opening. Mistaking my anxiety (from worrying I was about to have a grab mall seizure) the large woman pharmacist interpreted me as being impatient and lectured me several times about why she couldn’t fill my order. Answering the phone, taking care of drive thru customers, as I sat shaking in front of her. I finally asked a tech who had arrived if she would be so kind to help me, as this was an EMERGENCY. The pharmacist finally decided to try to find my RX. Took her 30 mins to fill 4 pills. I am giving two stars because her technician was kind and compassionate deserving five stars! Do not go here expecting quick or necessarily caring service. LOVE ONE ANOTHER

this pharmacy literally needs to be closed, they never have your prescription ready on time and the employees are miserable and openly dislike each other. CVS treats its pharmacists poorly and this particular location is frequently beyond understaffed.
