It is very odd this location doesn’t have a trash can inside or outside. Told not having one keeps it cleaner out front. It’s a basic necessity that should be included at this type of establishment.

The worst daytime staff in the pharmacy. They are rude. They barely even talk to you when you approach them. I suggest you go when the evening staff starts at five p m.The evening pharmacist is pleasant and very helpful.

I’ve been to this North Druid Hills Rd location in Decatur, GA on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 years. Each time I needed pharmacy services and during all 3 visits, the pharmacy staff and pharmacist were not helpful. I stood at the counter patiently for a while- 5-10 minutes each time as 2-4 pharmacy folks were working on things (not with other customers) without acknowledging me. Each time I had to ask for hep and then continue to wait for assistance. When I finally did get someone to talk to, they were physically distant (made no effort to come closer to speak with me in private about my health issues) and were also rude and almost used brevity as a weapon in responding to my questions. I do not recommend this pharmacy at the back of this CVS store.

Horrible customer service forced self checkout staff that does not care. Especially the night shift crew I was told if I do not like it shop somewhere else. Had trouble with the self check out they were no help. I do not work there why I am I forced to do self checkout. Maybe I will follow her advice and not shop there I will certainly not go at night again worst staff.

I was urgently in need of medication on Mother’s Day evening and this was the only location that the pharmacy was open. The male pharmacist was very helpful and filled my prescription in a timely matter.

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting on an important medication for weeks. The pharmacist called me on Friday to offer a replacement, which I agreed to. I let them know I was out of town and would come in on Tuesday—just four days later. When I arrived, they told me the prescription had been returned.
I used to get text alerts with a clear pickup window, but this time the only message I received was that the prescription was ready at 3:26 PM on Friday. No notice that it would be returned or when. This medication is critical and needs to be taken daily, so this kind of mismanagement is completely unacceptable.
I’ll be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I won’t be coming back to this one.

They said they can't load cash app cards when on the app it says it can and reportedly I'm not the only customer this was said to as they reportedly told other customers the same thing

First time at this location. Located on Buford hwy and N Druid Hills Rd.
It looks huge on the outside but felt small once I entered. The aisles are labeled, it's clean, and everything looked to be in place and not just everywhere.
