0/10 stars or possible. If you ever travel outside the US, CVS’s website is not accessible, the phone service makes you go through the automated line for 20 minutes, and then hangs up on you. Don’t ever choose this pharmacy if you want help and happen to be travelling.

Please give Pharmacist Watkins a raise, and hire more people to staff the register back there in the pharmacy. When I walked in, I needed to get a vaccine that was supposed to be at another CVS (I had an appointment), but they did not have it in stock and sent me to store #7689. Despite a very long line, Pharmacist Watkins took the time to vaccinate me as a walk-in. He is very good humored and calm, consider how stressful it must be working in such an understaffed place. Support your staff better!

April was so sweet and so helpful, she was so kind and helped me find a lot of things, such as Advil when I was having a horrible migraine, she also educated me about my ExtraCare card and gave me a large plastic bag to carry my things, she was just lovely!

Waited 45 minutes after appointment time to be seen at minute clinic to be given a vaccine. The dose I needed is typically given a little longer after the previous dose, but I had asked and was advised to get it sooner. When I told the mid level at CVS this, she was visibly annoyed and complained, calling it stupid. She then told me she didn't have the vaccine, and I was sent to pharmacy to receive it. I waited for another 20 minutes trying to get the vaccine but they said there was an issue in the system with giving me the vaccine and I could wait another 15 minutes for them to resolve it, but it had already been over an hour of waiting, so we went home as we had dinner plans in 45 minutes at this point.

Walked in this particular CVS only to not be greeted. There was a young lady who mixed in with background of the store as she was leaning on the counter all in her phone. You couldn’t even tell she was there. She didn’t even look up until I simply asked her what isle something was on and it was not where she said. She proceeded to lean on the counter and look at her phone. I found what I was looking for on my own and I walked right past her to check myself out. Train your employees CVS! If you have time to lean, you have time to clean! I usually ignore matters like this, but I’m sick of it! Plus, the item I purchased was $3 higher and I could’ve went somewhere else.
I’m sure you have cameras and know who it is. This was 7/1/24 around 1:15pm

I come to CVS daily and when I come, I always get greeted by Mrs. April. She has excellent customer service, and always helps me when I can't find something in the store. Very professional atmosphere and I get treated like family rather than a customer. Love it

I work for a Provider and a patients medication required a prior authorization. The pharmacist (Andre) was absolutely helpful, friendly and excellent communication with me throughout the process. I called pharmacy to speak with Andre in regards to prior auth being approved for patient since it is time sensitive, however, the female (didn't get her name) informed me that he was busy and was very rude and informed me if it was about the prior auth she already knows and is working on it. It wasn't what she said, it's how she said it with VERY RUDE TONE!!
