  I'm leaving this purely based on the phramacy. By far the worst phatmacy I have ever been to. Medicine never ready in a timely fashion. You stand in front of the main pharmacist and he will keep doing whatever like he doesn't even see you. Not even a welcome. Then when they call him over because he has to do the override for certain medications because he has to explain them to you they call him and he still keeps on doing whatever he is doing for another 5-10 mins while you are at the register ready to check out. We are talking about medicine in the back. Don't get me wrong but I thought this was customer service because you were preparing medicine for people not packaging it to put on shelves or anything of that sort. And I truly hate it for people on that side of town because that might be their only pharmacist in that area they can get to.
  
  I personally stay and that area and will never be back and this isn't a one time experience. This has happened every-time I have gone. Good luck!

  I came into the store tonight and needed some feminine products! The shelf was empty but I went to the front and James Willis at the front was so nice and asked me did I need help? He went all the way to the back and found the item in the stock room. Thank God for him because I really had a long day and didn’t want to go to another store. Great service tonight. Thank you so more store #3030 on headline for your service tonight.

  I was overcharged for my purchase. Rewards only work when they get it right I purchased 3 charged for 4
  
  Took it back for refund only refunded for the purchase of three. They have cameras no trust in their customers word either.

  Never have a been to a CVS or any pharmacy that was this rude. It took everything in me not to give them, The same attitude, very unprofessional manager in the pharmacy.

  The question is the same as other customers. Why is it taking so long to repair the CVS store front entranceway? It should not take months for this renovation! CVS shareholders take note...if the people in the community was not supporting this pharmacy. What would happen to this location? The store manager, staff and community residents deserve more now and not later!

  I had an online order that needed to be picked up. I called into the store to see if it was possible to pick up through the pharmacy drive thru since it was so cold and I didn’t want to get my baby out in the cold. After speaking with Ms Sheeka (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and she learned the reason that I could not come inside, she quickly offered to bring it out to me!! She didn’t have to but she went out of her way to be sure that I didn’t have to get my baby out in this weather. Thank you so much!! You just don’t know how much that meant to me!! She definitely deserves a raise or an award for employee of the YEAR!! Thank you again Ms Sheeka for going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

  I shopped at CVS Pharmacy on Headland Dr and experienced the most rewarding customer experience from a young lady named Dreia. She was patient, kind and accommodating. I definitely wanted to acknowledge her warm personality and ability to problem solve. She helped me with Mt rewards and coupons as well accompanied to select the right products. Thanks Dreia!   They are very unprofessional at this location. They are rude and I am very ill they do not feel medication in a timely matter… I would not refer anyone to this location…

  Was having asthma attack and couldn’t get to my home location in time so I stopped by this location 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed to see if I could get my inhaler from this location instead of having breathing problems throughout the night. They said I could not get my medication as they close in 30 minutes.

  This store is filthy. There was a break In months ago and the front door is still covered by wooden boards. It's never clean. It's horrible that a multi million dollar organization that provides medications is unhygienic. My neighborhood deserves better!

  My experience at CVS today was Awesome! The cashier was patient and kind assisting me with my digital coupons. I was very impressed to see that the shelf items were in order and were categorized by brand. Also there were a wide variety to choose from. Which makes items much easier to find. Great customer service!??❤️
