I like this CVS on Cascade in Atlanta. They’re always very helpful and kind. Their customer service is always top tier. From the pharmacist to the cashier at checkout. They have the products I neees.

I went to CVS Cascade the other day and decided to write a review about a young lady working in the pharmacy. Her name is Reonica Howard. Every time I pick up my prescriptions, she always greets me with a smile and is always very polite. She definitely deserves a raise because she is truly a hard worker. I hope she gets a raise because good employees are hard to find.

I love this CVS! It has way more options and variety to choose from. I was able to use my coupons here. They had everything I was looking for!

Pharmacy dept. was very prompt . Saw the pharmacist within five minutes of my appointment. Other items purchased were reasonably priced. However there was no one at checkout so had to use self service..

The pharmacy personnel at Cascade road have to be the best there are because they handle everyone with the kindness and love that they deserve Idris k and all of the rest do an excellent job making sure that all the prescriptions are correct and on time Cascade road pharmacy needs to be a model for all of the others have a great day at CVS the family of Martin heard and Anthony heard send our best

0 star . I really don’t want to go into details. I truly dislike this CVs pharmacy on cascade (pharmacy) . Renee she came from a different location she took all her frustration out on me because when she came to the cascade location the door didn’t work , computer didn’t work nothing worked.I explained to Renee that’s not my problem and you cannot take your frustrations out on the customers because you having a bad morning (all this took place 6/26/2024 9:11 am) when my doctor write my children antibiotics anything have to take by mouth I don’t pick it up because I do not trust none of the pharmacy techs . This been going on for 5 years. Every month they have a new pharmacy tech only reason I haven’t changed my pharmacy because i literally live 3 house down from cascade pharmacy.
