I've been a dialysis patient since 2020 and it was a good well running facility!! Nows it the worst, all the good texts and nurses have ethier transferred or just plainly quit!! Pira was the best FA untill she transferred to John's creek and ever since she left this place has gone down hill, soon all the text and nurses quit or transferred also!! 2 time I thought I was going to die there!! Not enough experience on the floor!! Always short staffed!! Snd its freezing cold!! Now its Longer waiting time to get in!! I'm now running 1 hour and a half behind schedule!! I've since put in a transfer to a facility 5 mins away from diavta lake hearns called Pure life dialysis!! Went there to look at there facilitie and i was impressed!! well controlled environment!! They had 6 to 7 experience texts and nurses including a Doctor on the floor!! The light were dimmed and very calming, and very one was very welcoming!! I'd suggest you look elsewhere before you go to davita lake hearns!!? ?

Poorly run and unprofessional. Huge contrast to other Davita locations in the area. This location has cancelled my father’s dialysis repeatedly at the last minute and sent him to the hospital. This NEVER happened at the other location over many years of service.

This place is not professional, i got kicked out with an hour left of dialysis because the machine kept going off. And was told they dont have enough people to tend to me and whatever was going on. I had to go to emergency to finish my dialysis, how is this place still operating.

What a great staff, excellent and professional. However the heating issue is a real problem. It has been uncomfortably cold for about a month off and on.

Nurses are very rude and will not help or listen. In in a wheelchair AMD wasn't giving and told what I need to bring. And had to wait more then 3 hours crying at that because I had to go to the restroom because they didn't have any help to get to the restroom. Was told to pee on myself. Even if I had my wheelchair, I can't walk or left myself up on or off the toilet seat. So I asked to leave they keep on waiting until the the rest of the 3 hours was out but was told over 4 times there my ride wasn't there, but they was there the whole time.
