Hate new location , Midtown location was so much more convenient for many people who don't have cars in the city.

I really appreciated the professional services I've received so far at Delta. Many of the technically driven changes in the banking/retail industries can often wind up being confusing and intimidating for seniors like myself. I just wanted to note, I've been pleased with the assistance (2x), I've received by a service rep named Marco. He's helped me to figure out how to make things at Delta, work for me. He's patient and polite and I appreciate that.

Worst credit union I've ever had. Going back to regular banks. Customer service is literally never able to answer my questions by phone ir face to face. It's always I don't have that answer let me check. Then always the same response: the dept you need is closed can you try calling back.

I absolutely hate the move to the new location. There is no drive through teller, so it closes an hour earlier than the other locations and half an hour earlier than banks like Regions. Even the overnight drop box is inconvenient; they have a drive through ATM (God knows why), but you still have to park to use the drop box.

I dislike this new location. I don't like it because when I was on lunch break I would hop on Marta Train and take care of banking business, eat a sandwich and be back in time before my lunch break was over. I also would have documents sent to this location that pertain to important banking business. All of Midtown Atlanta on Peachtree St is sooo congestive and CONSTRUCTION makes it soooo bad. I have doctors at Piedmont Atlanta, they are good. No matter what time of day when I'm headed there the traffic is bad. In both directions. By the time I reach the doc office my blood pressure ? has risen. I liked the idea of a drive thru banking at the old location. I didn't have to pay or scramble or hubber looking for a parking space. I KNOW this location is a bad idea, but once again, profit trumps convenience. I wish I could add a traffic video here. Goodbye Customer Service, sorry, I wasn't invited to the funeral.

If rating the Credit Union itself 5 stars. However, they chose to move away from a 1 minute walk from Midtown station and the Federal Reserve. It is now a twenty-minute walk from Arts Center or an equally inconvenient and equally long wait/ride 20-minutes on the bus.Edit: Wow so I have been reading recent reviews and DCCU official responses. Here's a thought: why did you not build an additional Buckhead Branch? I get that you want those Buckhead deposits but you alienated 50% of your core members. Airport area employees are good, but everyone that works in Atlanta is left in the cold. Georgia State station is an excellent location with plenty of student banking. Halfway between MLK station and Old 4th/Sweet Auburn was another possibility. As an ATLien if I wanted inconvenient banking I would go with BoA. Their fees and services are terrible, but at least they are accessible.

Great new facility but setup is very unfriendly for disabled clients. All standing desks, no convenient seating, not sure how a client in a wheelchair would be serviced… I would have hoped a new facility would have factored differently abled clients into their plans.

I wouldn't recommend this bank, they allowed visa to share my card information after I told them I needed new accounts so that I will not receive unauthorized charges. They refuse to give my money back, I thought your bank would protect the customer and not the merchant. This isn't a good bank and when calling CS they have kids on the line who don't know what they are doing and just telling ppl anything without true knowledge. I'm a single mom on three kids under 8 and I can't afford to be robbed by my bank, cost of living is too high.

I did not really like my experience in applying for a mortgage with them. They can't do much it seems. Upon getting a call from Mattie a loan officer she promptly ran down a list of things she couldn't do and her energy and spirit just upset me for some reason. But looking at these reviews I'm happy I will not be moving forward with them.

Horrible service. Went to open an account, waited 40 minutes, never was called. Meanwhile there's noone in the bank and all the employees are talking and walking around doing nothing. The Peachtree Place location

Avoid the midtown drive thru and all will be well! I typically walk inside to do transactions but made the mistake of using the drive thru. 30 minutes! I only waited because I was stuck in-between cars. When I walk in I'm usually in and out within minutes. I appreciate and support the many Atlanta credit unions. The fees are lower than banks and the staff is friendly. Just stay clear of the drive thru.
