This cute little lounge, the check in process was quick, thru the double doors and the counter was right in front. After scanning your boarding pass, they found me right away. I will say, the service is pretty good. There were people walking around to check on folks and help pick up disposals. There was one full bar and across was one little double buffet bar. Overall happy with the location and the fact that it's a nice little nook to relax before a flight however the food is nothing to really write home about. Wishing they had some fresh fruit out like usual but not big deal. They had coffees, teas, light bites and soups. Tons of single seating with options to make it more convenient for groups.

Two lines to gain access when the club is full. The line close to the wall (pictured here) is for first class and platinum members. I’m gold level with a purple AMEX card. So I stood in the other line which never moved. I waited 45 min and gave up. As long as there’s anyone in the first class line, you’re not getting in until there’s no one in that line. I understand promoting frequent flyers but be reasonable and stagger the entrance. 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 would be a bit more fair that just never getting in. It makes paying for that purple card less valuable.

Small to medium-sized club. The bar was in an awkward spot with people having to line up between tables, but chairs were comfy, plugs were easy to find, and the food was delicious.

Get busy very fast. The bar is dead center with seating all around so everyone is always lining up in-between where everyone is sitting. Overall not bad though. There are many people working and do very well to clean up.

One of the smaller sky clubs, but the service is always good. One buffet area for food service, but they refresh it frequently.Only one bar area here, but the bartenders here always seem to be expert and friendly. There is a small but adequate quiet area in addition to the regular lounge seating. The windows are small, But the ceilings are high, so it doesn't feel cramped. One drawback is the rest rooms are small, men's room only accommodates 2-3 people at a time. Frequently, there is a line to use the restroom, so go before you go into the club!Despite C concourse being only half Delta gates (the other half is Southwest), there's frequently a line to get into this club nowadays. If it's a busy travel day, you may want to consider one of the larger clubs.

Basically no vegan options unless you're really into salad that probably has other people's loose egg and cheese bits all over it. Or maybe old fruit. You know we like warm, filling foods too, right?

9/21/23Sitting here in Atlanta Georgia, I have seen some customers wearing Atlanta Falcons merchandise. I have seen staff members who are female on Delta wearing all purple or all grey. The guys can wear some purple but the ones I have seen wear only grey. Okay, I have seen one male wearing a purple sweater with a grey vest and grey pants. We did not get to see much at this airport, but apparently you can get a quick massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. I took pictures. I also like the ability to charge your phone at any of the lounge chairs. This has been an experience. I would have liked to have seen more of Atlanta, but sadly, today is not that day.Another time.

One of the smaller Sky Clubs, but if you're flying out of concourse C there isn't really any other choice. You'll get the same food options as the other lounges, but seating with a good view is much more limited and are usually taken. Unless you're lucky you might have to settle for a seat in a hallway or in the food area with no windows. I found the bartender here to be a little off, he was often hiding in the back and only came out when people approached the bar, which created long lines at times. Overall if I had the choice to visit a different Sky Club, I would.

This is one of many Sky Clubs in the Atlanta airport. It's a decent Club. It's not huge, but not small. It was fairly busy when I went (Wednesday at 12:30pm). The bar is on average with other Sky Clubs. There is not anything unique about this Club, but it is a nice place to grab some food and drinks. The staff was nice! They had a good IPA beer on tap, Wicked Weed Brewing Pernicious. I don't usually like IPAs, but this one is pretty good. It's light and not too hoppy. They had a nice buffet of food, but since I'm a picky eater, I was only able to eat the beef and rice. It was pretty good, but the beef was a little tough and spicy for my taste. They give out peanuts, oranges, granola bars, trail mix, etc., which was nice. The men's restroom felt small for the size of the place.Overall, I would say this Sky Club gets the job done and I would go back, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

First, I am loyal Delta Platinum Medallion member and have been for some time. Before I begin, I will say this Sky Lounge is the exception to my experience and should not reflect Delta Sky Lounge staff over all.I was shocked at this particular Sky Lounge. We arrived early before they opened and the lady setting up the line was curt and rude with us and others waiting for them to open.Once we entered, the coffee machines did not have any milk in them and when we pointed it out, the staff was huffy about it. I expect pre-service checks to be conducted prior to opening. In addition, no butter was set out and it took 10 minutes to bring it out. Again, I expect this to be checked before opening. If they had been for hours, I would understand, but they just opened.I would say good morning to the staff and they would just stare at me. Several of the employee's were standing in the middle of walk ways and would not acknowledge someone when they asked to pass by.This staff needs to undergo customer service training. If they don't want to work there, they should find other employment. I was frankly shocked at the way we were treated. It was more in line with a drive thru at a fast food chain. One of the staff employee's in particular was an absolute delight. She was cleaning up the plates of the patrons as they finished their meals and had a kind word to everyone she engaged. She was also checking on the bathrooms and was pleasant and kind. This employee should lead the customer service training and others should look to her to emulate her professionalism. They should visit the Delta Sky Lounge in Tokyo Japan to see what real customer service is and how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.I hope Delta sees this review and the other reviews that are written about this particular Sky Lounge and take action to bring this establishment on line with the expectations that I have come to expect of Delta. They really are the best Airline out there right now.

Comfortable amenities, however you have to pay for your drinks. The bar staff service gets 6 out of 10

Concourse C Delta Sky Club is a smaller Sky Club in the ATL airport. Food here is solid especially lunch nice variety of hot and cold foods the chicken salad sub was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very laid back atmosphere and casual. Only downside is the size compared to Concourse A or B, still they deserve 4 Stars for cleanliness and food quality.

If you can’t be open and available when I need you then what is the point?
